We called Art Douglas out to service our AC unit two days before the heat wave was to hit Fresno with temperatures way above 100 degrees. Mr. Raul Garcia, a master service technician, came over to the house the very next day. He inspected and tested all the parts to make sure that each component was working properly. He measured the PSI of the freon which helps cool the air and he repeatedly checked the temperature of the air coming through the vents, making sure that the air blowing out of the AC was actually cooling to a blissful 70 degrees. Our unit was low on freon.
We are 100% satisfied with our service from Art Douglas and we especially appreciate the expertise of Mr. Raul Garcia. Thanks so much!

Raul came on the hottest day of the week!! We had a leaky sprinkler valve. He came as soon as possible and he was very quick efficient. Super dedicated! He was missing some parts but since it was a Saturday he had to go all over the city looking for a place that was open with the parts he needed. Super professional and communicated everything he was doing. Would recommend Raul.

Brad Watkins diagnosed my water heater problem and provided me with clear information with my options without pressure. After decided to replace with a new water heater, he efficiently completed the installation so that I was able make an appointment by 3:00pm. Overall, Brad provided excellent customer service and quality.

Sam the plumber arrived earlier than expected, which was great, came to the door and put booties before entering.He was very professional, polite, courteous, inspected the plumbing situation, and all that needed to be done. He then gave me a detailed estimate of the cost. I wish all contractors had this level of integrity and professionalism when dealing with homeowners as I am a contractor myself….. thank you Art Douglas for great your service!

Art Douglas came to our place of business to service our plumbing issues that we were experiencing. Brad Watkins was our Representative and he was absolutely amazing and Friendly as can be.
