Top notch service! Robert with Art Douglas Plumbing was awesome, friendly and helped our family out while we were in a bind. He responded after hours, explained everything he did and was quick.

Reed at Art Douglas Plumbing Fresno installed a Badger garbage disposal and replaced our Kohler bathtub cartridges professionally, efficiently and quickly. They worked perfectly afterward and there were no leaks. The cost was very reasonable, and Art Douglas is now our permanent plumbing, heating and air conditioning contractor. Spoke to Brandon who was very helpful and sent Reed out to see what the problem was with my main line. Within 45 minutes my bathroom was finally operational !! The clog and main line was cleared and Reed even showed me where the pipe was under my house and was kind enough to show me where a clean out needs to be.
Kim's Plumbing had previously came out 3x and didn't complete the job and wouldn't honor the warranty they had verbally stated but wanted more money. Horrible experience with Kim's Plumbing especially with Carol, who is rude and Lori who didn't want to make the situation better by fixing what they never started...

When I called this service. The person on phone said there is no charge for check water heater.when the repair guy came he did not tell me what was the fault he opened the box and he talking on phone. After one hour I asked what was the fault. He told me he put new sensors.but he did not put any sensor.he ask me to pay $ 550.00. When I told him that is too much money .he called to company then he said ok I gave u discount pay $340.00. I paid $ 340.00.then he left after couples hour I turned my heater on problem is same . They are unprofessional people .beware this company

we had a air conditioner put on our house Art Douglas Plumbing did a great job Omar and Michael were great guys they made sure everything was perfect. we would recommend Art Douglas Plumbing to anyone.
