My 80 year old parents called them out on a Saturday evening. Their sewage system was backed up and were in need. The technician was unable to find access and stated they would return on Monday. My Parents paid them 240.00. They returned on Monday, a different technician, to look of for access. The new technician was rude and was not willing to make an effort to locate. He advised my 80 year old Father that there was nothing he could do and to call back when located. We will be using someone else.

I had an annoying ongoing problem with the shower at one of my rentals. I'd had several people look at it to no avail. I called Art Douglas one morning after a sleepless night, just thinking about that shower problem. They responded quickly. They sent a young man by the name of Stewart. He proved to be friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and very professional . He pin pointed the problem and got it done. That simple, and very reassuring! Art Douglas, that's the Company I'll cal for any plumbing need for my peace of mind...................

The crew at Art Douglas are a cut above the rest! I recently had them stub out an outdoor underground natural gas line off the main for a fire pit and gas grill station. They also stubbed out an under ground water line for future outdoor sink. Jack went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and all permits pulled passed city inspections. I was impressed with Jack’s quality of work and willingness to ensure our expectations as customers were met. Can’t say Thank You enough for a job well done! It’s hard to find this level of Customer Service anymore. I’m a customer for life.

We needed a plumber on a Sunday--ASAP! We called Art Douglas Plumbing and the receptionist took our information and said we would be receiving a call shortly. Stewart called us and gave us an ETA. Stewart is friendly, professional, and informative. He fixed our problem. I would always recommend Art Douglas Plumbing!

Being our AC was in desire need of being serviced, I called a close friend to ask who they used for their AC needs. They have been extremely pleased with Art Douglas. I called and scheduled for the following day. Steve arrived on time and was friendly, professional, polite, knowledgeable and thorough. He asked questions regarding the history of our unit. Initially, he checked the Freon and shared with me how much a unit holds and how much I need, prior to assessing the rest of the AC unit. Taking into consideration how old our unit is, I was the one who questioned about a new unit. Steve was patient and very thorough in answering all my questions regarding our existing unit and a new one, without any sales pressure what so ever. Not wanting to put too much money into an old unit, I told Steve it would be wise on our part if we purchased a new one. Steve was generous with his time, and I was pleased with his attention to detail. He explained the features of the new unit and how it’s installed, and replaced the thermostat and set up the Sensi thermostat on my phone.
Omar and his crew arrived the next morning and installed the new unit. They were professional, courteous, and devoted to their profession, working hard the entire time. They kept me informed of the work they were doing, which I appreciated. Upon completion, Omar was thorough in explaining all they had done and he reviewed all warranties and the Superiorcare Agreement with me. Quality service is guaranteed! It is obvious Omar and his team take great pride and pleasure in what they do and working for Art Douglas. They truly care about their customers and their quality of work. We very much appreciate the prompt, professional service and will most definitely be calling on them for future maintenance AND plumbing as well. We are enjoying our new HVAC and appreciate the one year service plan which is included. Overall, a great experience, a great team, great service, and a great company! We needed a Backflow job done in a hurry and Stewart came out and did it asap!!!! He was nice and helpful with all questions we had. He made sure we were taken care of!!! We will definitely call Art Douglas for any future needs!!!!

On Saturday April 16th, we had an emergency toilet leak issue. We called Art Douglas Plumbing at 4:00 p.m. and Robert was there in less than 15 minutes! Not only was the response time great but Robert fixed the problem and was out of there by 5:00 p.m. Because we called before 5:00 p.m. there was no extra charge for an emergency service call. We will definitely use Art Douglas Plumbing again! Thanks Robert for your excellent service.

I just bought a house and my heater was not working so well. I looked in the yellow pages for an HVAC company and they were the first name I saw. I called them up and the person on the phone promptly explained to me the pricing for the person to come service my heater. Shortly after that I received a call that the technician was on his way to my house. The guy was very friendly and knowledgeable about heating systems. Thank you for the great work and timely fashion!

Reliable service for the region but tech quality is entirely hit or miss on calls, and will charge you for services rendered. Make sure they test everything, including source of gas & power less you get charged anyways
