First time using Art Douglas and I was very impressed with there customer service I was taken care of and they made me feel worry free. and I was very happy, had a issue with leak under my kitchen sink drain fixed. SAL Came out to do the job and fixed the problem right away, he is very knowledgeable and answered all my question and did a very good job.

Had Robert come out and install a new water heater in our home. After he was done he asked me if I any other plumbing issue's while he was there. I mention that it takes about 6 minutes to get hot water to my kitchen. Robert recommended to install a Grundfos Comfort Series Recirculating Pump with the by-pass valve under kitchen sink and explain how the system works and showed me how much I be saving with the new water heater install. I had him install it and I can't express enough how happy my wife and I with the results of instant hot water in kitchen. Thank You Robert and Art Douglas

1 called on a Saturday morning to have my sewer line cleaned out. Jack arrived about 15 minutes later. he was courteous, professional and efficient. 1/2 hour later job was completed 100% satisfactorily and total charge less than $100. Sweet!

Called Art Douglas Plumbing to clear out our root clogged pipe from the house to the street. Robert arrived in less than two hours and solved the problem quickly and professionally for $99. I highly recommend this business for plumbing and air conditioning service.

First and foremost , THE TECHNICIAN NAMED ROBERT, OLDER HISPANIC MALE, a stole my parts from me. Yes, he took them. I requested to have a kitchen sink, and faucet installed, he came out to give me a quote, once I advised that I wanted to move forward he proceeded to start the job. 1st thing he says he wants to remove all my old plumbing with new pipes. 2nd he advised that he was going to charge me for a new dishwasher disposal. I even was ok with it. When he removed the old sink and noticed the new sink was not sitting flushed. He then started that I would need to have my counter top cut sms to call him back when it was competed. I agreed. When I called back after 2 hours of getting my new sink to fit I called ART DOUGLAS PLUMBING bk to set as return appointment same day. After being advise to tell me that they were not gonna be able to come out so I started shopping around for another Plumber. When another plumbing company came out they notice that I was completely bare no pipes know dishwasher know nothing and thats when I realized that the it technician from art Douglas had took everything. When I called art Douglas Robert the technician stated he thought I didn't want my old parts and that he was going to trash them for me when I asked him and demanded to bring my parts back he said I could go fetch them out of the dumpster at there warehouse. When I said OK I'll go do that ,they then reneged their offer. So now not only do they still for me now a plumber has to replace what he took.i absolutely will be suing for parts and labor, ART DOUGLAS PLUMBING.

JUSTIN, an employee of Art Douglas Plumbing was PHENOMENAL, taking care of our plumbing problem in a swift, courtesy, and fast manner. His HIGH work ethics was impressive, completing our job with excellence. We feel we got our money's worth.

Mediocre prices , great encounter with staff and scheduling staff. My experience with Jerry from this company was outstanding , very knowledgeable and helpful . Instead of being lazy like other plumbing companies we had encountered , jerry fixed our main problem efficiently , and gave us better recommendations.
