Recently, we had a problem with our hot water tank. We called several plumbers and Art Douglas was very prompt in getting a technician to us. He did a free diagnostic check for us. I appreciate that he took the time to look up our model on the internet and found that it was under a recall. Steve saved us a bundle of money, by helping us locate this recall. Thank you!

I've had this company out to my house twice this week, once to have my AC serviced and my rental property and secondly to repair my faucet filters (it had 3 filters!). John came out on the last one and did a nice job of finding all three filters, cleaning them out and boom I have nice water pressure now. Art Douglas Plumbing is my new go to company, especially since I received both services on the same day I called!!! Unheard of.

Called for service at 7AM. Technician on-site by 8:30A. Problem resolved by 10A. This is the second time I have used Art Douglas Plumbing and would happily recommend them for plumbing service and repairs. Same day service and repair is always appreciated. Thank you, John, for a job well done.

We use Art Douglas every time we need a plumber. They always come over the same day. They're always extremely reasonable, honest, trustworthy and clean. We've had a few of they guys come out and each has been very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has any type of plumbing concern!

do not use this company they insert there poor equipment in my pipe and broke it. they did not tell me that they broke the pipe instead they are Insisted that there is a toy and they have to cut My tile ground and cut that pipe just to take the toy out. So I hired another company they insert a camera and they Found a Piece of equipment Went through The pipe, break it and it was left in side my pipe.

Had an emergency late in the evening, called one plumbing company who only cared about getting a credit card number first, and then we tried Art Douglas. Josh came out with no hesitation and explained the problem. It was dark and wasn’t much he could do that night but said someone would be out first thing. Sure enough at 8 am I received a call from Josh letting me know he had a technician on the way. Stewart and Robert were great. They explained what was going on and were very upfront about cost. Once given the green light, they went right to work. In less that 24 hours they had everything fixed and working! All three of the employees we came in contact with were professional, pleasant, and meticulous with their work. They have our business from now on. Thank you guys!

On Friday my water heater was leaking so I called a well-known plumbing company here in Fresno. They told me I needed a new one. I said OK go ahead and install it. They said they couldn't do it until Tuesday. I'd be without hot water for 4 days. Saturday morning 7AM, I contacted my son-in-law, Bob, and told him the problem. He said "I have just the plumbing company to help you. I will call my friend at Art Douglas Plumbing and I'm sure they can help you. He contacted them and called me back. He said someone from Douglas will call you at 9AM." Sure enough, at 9AM, I received a call from Michael to let me know that someone was on their way. Josh came and evaluated the situation and I had my water heater installed and working by 7PM same day. Josh, the technician, gave me superb service. He even came by this morning to install a steel metal plate to cover the damage that the water had caused at no extra charge. He didn't have to do this but he did. That is what I call "good customer service". Guess what? Next time if I have a plumbing problem the first one I will call is Art Douglas Plumbing. Not only did I get good service but I saved $1200. as the other company was a lot more expansive.

Art Douglas is a great company. We have used your services for several years now. We have used your annual maintenance program for the last two years. They have always been very prompt in meeting the scheduled appointment times. They are very mindful of not making a mess when checking equipment that is in the house and they always clean up behind themselves. We highly recommend Art Douglas Plumbing to all.

My family and I moved into our new place and we had no idea we'd be faced with plumbing issues. I threw a load of laundry into the washer for the first time at the new place and minutes later we had a flood all over our brand new floors.
