Phenomenal service by Stewart. Able to have work done within 2 days of call and extremely reasonable in cost. I would definitely recommend Art Douglas Plumbing and definitely ask for Stewart.

Needed to replace flush valve on Toto Toilet. Came out and said he would get back to me because he would have to order part. 2 days later received call telling me that the part has been discontinued and I had two options replace the toilet for $850.00 or the tank for $400.00 (assuming it included installation and take away of old toilet. Advised him that was the "wrong answer" and then went online and in 30 secs. found a company out of NY that had discontinued parts. Ordered on line for $ 32.00 and arrived in 4 days. Called Verns Plumbing and had it installed in 30 mins.

Lesson. Don't trust them they lack professionalism and service to customers.

Excellent Service! I called on Saturday afternoon before Easter and to my surprise someone answered the phone. The technician, Stewart, arrives within 15 minutes, diagnosed the problem, and provided several workable solutions to blocked sewer line. Highly recommended.

We had called art Douglas to come fix our drain problem in the kitchen. The technician Stewart riggleman was fantastic. They truly are the professionals in their field. Was very satisfied.

We had a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night, and after calling several plumbers who advertise as 24 hr but refused to take our call, Art Douglas not only got back to us in a timely manner, but came out and was able to fix the problem quickly. Great customer service!

These guys are the legit OG plumbing and hvac pros. They did a full AC replacement for us and plumbing and are total 100% pros. Fair pricing. Honest work.

The bottom hot water heater tank rusted out. Water was leaking up the dry wall. Art Douglas sent out Robert within 2 hours. New hot water installed and off to work in 4 hours.

I started getting proposals for an hvac system, called on art douglas and Omar was the techniician who came out , I was appreciative of his professional manner, candor about options for me to consider. They specialize in Rheem units and discussed why this unit should be considered. he was extremely helpful, very informative. he covered all my questions thoroughly. I had no reservations about considering this company in the future!

I had a horrible experience with this company. Now that I am in the process of having to replace (prematurely) the unit they installed, and am trying to find an honest company, I wish I would have done a write-up to inform others about my experience. I had problems from the 2nd summer on after they installed the new unit. I let them get me for a little bit more money but, then when they wanted $3,000 for something they told me was due to the "bad" copper from China, I knew they were just lying. Even if it was true about the bad copper, I did not think that it should have been my problem. Every summer I have had to spend a pretty penny on repairs so I have decided to just replace. I hope this helps someone...

I could not get my thermostat to kick my heater on. I called up the first company in the phone book I could find and it so happened to be art douglas. I was thrilled that they sent a man out the same day. The problem got solved and I am nice and warm. Thank you!
