The reason we called for help because the day after installation, heater was not working we think it was the thermostat they said it's been program. Wait another day since office closed after holiday. Stacy was gracious enough to text me back, technician will be on his way. His name is Mauricio, go fix the problem right away it's the water pump not draining and been replaced right away. Very helpful in detail on what to do and how to use heat control. Jo well done Mauricio a great asset to your company. Stacy thank you too, we appreciate your prompt response.

Came to this company a year ago because my previous company wanted to replace major parts of my system every time they performed routine inspection on it. I called AIS to do an inspection service right after the other company tech left me with a laundry list of major components that needed to be replaced for several thousand dollars. AIS tech did his inspection and informed me everything was operating properly. I had not told him about my other experience until after he had finished his inspection. I then fired the other company and signed up for the silver maintenance coverage with AIS and have been very happy with their service ever since. Gabe came today and completed routine maintenance and he only reinforced that I had made a good decision. He's competent, courteous and professional. An asset to AIS for sure. Well done Gabe.

4/13/23 Update - Today I received my complimentary first year inspection. I was privileged to meet Mauricio, another of the outstanding AIS family! He thoroughly inspected and tested my system and provided added tweaks. Per our discussions, I requested a surge protector which I would have overlooked had he not mentioned it. Our recent windstorm caused a massive power outage, on consequent line surges when power was restored. I also signed up for annual maintenance to ensure my system continued to perform well. I was so impressed with Mauricio’s depth and breadth of knowledge. I will continue to recommend AIS to all my family and friends.

4/2022. My 40+ year old furnace was due for replacement but COVID kept me from wanting folks in my home for the past two years. As infection declined I casually looked around for reputable HVAC installers until I came upon AIS Heating and Air Conditioning through NextDoor. Many neighbors I consider reliable raved about this local family owned company. That was the clincher. I called for an appointment and met Candus a few days later for a quote. I was worried about the timing of the installation but Candus and even the owner, Daniel Sojkic pulled out all the stops to install before my daughter gave birth. AIS FINISHED THE JOB IN ONE DAY! I couldn’t believe it! This was a new furnace AND AC! And the job was done perfectly with the highest craftsmanship and professionalism. Plus the Super Crew: Rafael, Juan and Gil were so friendly and polite. Like family! I would highly recommend AIS, and I already have!

Taylor Yenny checked our AC unit thoroughly. He clearly articulated what’s working well, what’s not, what can be done to improve the efficiency of the unit etc. He presented a few options without putting any sales pressure.

I've been using AIS for years and currently have them come over every six months for an A/C tune-up or a furnace tune-up. They are always great, walking me through recommendations and tier them for me from urgent to more "nice to have". I've had Gabe do my service the past two times and he's great. He's efficient, great at answering my questions, and super friendly. I'm a lifer customer at this point.

Taylor was very knowledgeable and provided me accurate information with diagnostic images of the AC. He provided solutions which I agreed based on the diagnosis and outcome was great. My AC is working good again. Hope I would see lower bill too. I will update if I see lower AC bill. In all Taylor did a very good job.

I called them a year ago for heating unit failure in a cold snap. We were up and running in a reasonable amount of time. A year later their service is keeping me in tip top shape and my warranty in good standing.

Art Miner came to our house to give us an estimate on a new heating and A/C system. He was very professional and shared his extensive knowledge with us. We especially appreciated his practical approach and he listened to our needs versus just trying to sell us a system.

Daniel Sojkic is a very knowledgeable and professional service technician who came to our home to provide an evaluation and recommendation/quote for an entirely new air-conditioning system. His explanation of the three options I requested was very clear and well documented. Daniel is an excellent representative for his company, AIS Heating and Air-Conditioning.

I just had a mini-split installed in my condo. The whole process was smooth and exceeded my expectations. They first sent Art to give me a quote - he arrived on time and was very knowledgable about the systems and process and walked through what all needs to be done. He also answered my emails really quickly outside of regular work hours when I was working with my hoa to get approval. Team 1 (Rafael, Wilson, and Edgar) and Mike came out over 2 days to get everything installed. Mike came again a few weeks later (which was super easy to schedule through text messaging) after we had a chance to try out the minisplit and inspected everything to make sure it was all installed correctly and working as expected. Overall their communication was very good and they were easy to work with. Very happy getting cool during these heat waves.
