Luis arrived on time, listened intently to the issues we were having with the unit and immediately had a pretty good idea of what the root cause was. After a diagnostic he was able to confirm the issue with our compressor and resolved it quickly. Luis was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I will definitely use AIS’s services again and I would recommend them to family and friends as well. This was a great customer service experience and our A/C works when it gets hot outside. We are very happy!

Taylor was awesome! Knowledgeable, friendly, fast, good with explanations of work.

We called yesterday due to a little hiccup with our heating unit that we had installed with AIS (not their fault as the install was done about two years ago) instead we called them because they did the install. They will be our go to call when things don’t go as planned. Hence, the need for a service call. The receptionist was so kind and prompt and able to get someone out to us the next morning. We had the pleasure of having Taylor assist us today and he was wonderful. He was able to pinpoint the error and give us good feedback to avoid hiccups in the future. He was also very kind and down to earth. Thanks Taylor!

Taylor was on time as scheduled. He was courteous and friendly. He also, explained how the air conditioning system operated. I forwarded him photos of the AC and he knew right away what the problems was. He then had his crew over and repaired the AC following day.

Javier and the AIS team were great! They were extremely professional and walked us through each step of the install process to make sure we understood what was going on. They installed all new duct work, and showed us why the old duct work wasn't distributing heat evenly throughout the house. I would definitely recommend their services!

Your service was good...after the service person arrived. No complaints there.
But several times no one arrived within the window of time that was arranged by your company. Then notices came even later than that saying if the service person would even arrive.
That wasn't acceptable.
Other than that everything was acceptable. Our system is old and finicky. So we haven't succeeded in getting things to where they need to be. But we hope that will be solved soon.

Taylor was our technician and he was great. He was clear and professional. He explained everything in layman terms so it was understandable. I would highly recommend him and his company.

We've used AIS a bunch over the years- first to get a few more years out of our ancient furnace, and then to have them install a new furnace and new ductwork. They've been great each time- friendly and professional. Luis has been our maintenance guy- coming out to make sure everything is working properly and replacing the filter. He's great and represents AIS well. Calling to make an appointment is easy as well- the staff is friendly and helpful and I appreciate the text updates they send out. I highly recommend AIS.

Toby showed up on time and was very nice and professional. Took the time to answer all our questions in a friendly manner. He went above and beyond in offering suggestions and showing us options. We received quotes from other companies but none of them were as professional as AIS. We have not moved forward with our AC installation yet but when we do, AIS will be the company we use.
