We contacted AIS and were able to have a professional visit us within 2 days. Taylor was quick to diagnose the problem and was able to recommend installations that can repair and help to protect the system. We really appreciate the efficient service and are glad the a/c is up and running in less than 1 hour.

Taylor was a true representative of AIS. Arrived on time and went through the troubleshooting process quickly. He explained what the problem was and recommended the different options that we have to prolong the life expectancy of the unit. Also the options to go to more energy efficient systems. We are very happy with Taylor’s service and HVAC knowledge. We especially appreciate the courtesy he showed of our place by putting on his shoe covers when he needed to be inside.

Gabriel, delayed by freeway accident, but notified me & it is clear he only cared about taking the time to do a 23 point inspection--no rushing. Taylor Yenny was our technician from AIS and he was a pleasure to work with. Our AC wasn't blowing cold air during the heat wave. He came and quickly diagnosed the problem (a broken wire to the compressor), told me how much it would cost before performing the fix, and then did the repair. During the visit, he instructed me on how best to clean the AC unit as well as other tips. Overall, a great experience with Taylor and AIS.

AIS came out to gather information for a maintenance agreement for our 9 HVAC units. One unit was not working properly, The tech was able to do a diagnostic on the unit and make his recommendation.

We got quotes from multiple vendors for installation of AC, Furnace and new ducts/vents in the attic. We decided to go with AIS as they are diamond certified and I am glad that we did. From the first day itself, the AIS technicians were very professional and ensured that we are updated on each and every step of the installation. The work done was very clean and good quality work. We had few hiccups during the installation but those were addressed by Gill (the technician on the job) very well. Overall, the experience was great.
