AIS Heating & Air Conditioning

Mauricio dropped by and repaired an intermittent problem with the furnace. He took care with various diagnostics on the furnace, explained reasons behind the probably cause, and restored furnace back to the operating state. The price was quite reasonable. Highly recommended.

AIS just performed the bi-annual inspection of our heating and air conditioning system. They did their normal terrific job. The technician, Gabriel Arruda, was prompt, friendly and capable. He explained everything clearly.

All of the service that AIS has performed for us has been terrific. Very capable people that never leave a mess for us to clean up. I recommend them strongly.

We contracted AIS to replace and move our HVAC and water heater from a closet in our house into the garage. The experience was fantastic end to end and the quote was quite competitive, as we engaged 4 other contractors in the process.

Candus came to give us a quote and performed a thorough assessment of our current system. They even went into the crawl space of the house to inspect our ductwork. Following receiving the quote, Candus took the time to take a phone call with us on a Friday afternoon to discuss a couple of clarification questions we had on the process. This kind of care really stood out to us.

The work was scheduled out for a few weeks later. The team that came to our home (Team 2) was always on time, highly communicative and did a fantastic job in the 4 days that they were here. They always checked in at the end of the day to ensure we knew how much progress was made during the day and what to expect for the next day. When they left on the last day, we were very impressed with how well they cleaned up the garage.

A few days later we had some follow up items (nothing serious) and Veronica was incredibly helpful in getting us hooked up with Gill, a handyman who works with AIS, who was able to do an onsite visit the following morning and get our questions answered.

We have nothing but positive things to say about AIS. I am so glad we chose to work with them and feed good knowing we can always give them a call now if we have any issues!

Update: One year following the installation and we have been very happy with the performance and reliability of the HVAC system. At our one year mark, AIS reached out to set up a complimentary 1 year health check. Tyler came by and tested the whole system, both heat and AC, and then walked us through some options for enhancements in the future. He was informative, kept his suggestions realistic and followed up very quickly after with answers to follow up questions and documents.

Jose was very professional. In detail he explained what was causing the issue and explained what needed to be repaired. He was able to temporarily fix the situation for us to have heat until the part comes in

Mauricio repaired our HVAC (swapping out a bad capacitor that prevented the motor from running) and gave me a good explanation of the condition of the HVAC system and recommended maintenance items.

AIS was great to work with. Daniel showed up on time to give an estimate. They were priced lower than others for the same system. The workers were efficient, worked hard (under the house installing all new vents), and cleaned up well every day. The installation of new heat/AC was very nicely done . I would use them again.

AIS was able to quickly schedule an appointment. The technician was professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and diagnosed and completed the repair quickly. I will gladly turn to AIS for future needs!

In 2021, AIS staff came out to install my HVAC system and I’ve been very pleased with their installation. My HVAC is running smoothly. Just had a checkup and everything is still running as it should. Gabe came out for the checkup and answered any questions I had. It took me 6 months to choose a HVAC provider and I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of service.

Jose was first class. He cleared up my confusion over our service contract and was helpful with information about future service.

Taylor is the ultimate professional. Very good at communicating to us the work that needed to be done and came back did the work quickly and efficiently. He is also a friendly, nice guy. We are super happy to have our air conditioning in good working thanks to Taylor and AIS!
