AIS Heating & Air Conditioning

Taylor is great. Our unit has very weird problem and Taylor found out and confirm the defective part with the manufacturer. I really appreciate it since our installer couldn’t find where the problem is.

AC suddenly stopped working, so I called my go-to guys at AIS. They sent a tech, Taylor Yenny, the
next morning. Ended up being a simple problem, but Taylor was professional and thorough. Very
happy with the service and the company!

I called several places for estimates. They scheduled the estimate three weeks out, and confirmed ahead of time. Ray came to our house, was very professional and well-mannered with our dog and preschooler. He looked around, told us what we needed for our house, took careful notes, made sketches, and left us with a nice packet with thorough information.
We chose their company, called back and scheduled our installation for the earliest possible date, which was early June.
On the day of our installation, technicians arrived on time, were polite, got right to work, set down plastic to protect our floors, and confirmed the estimate.
They worked quickly and efficiently. They finished in less time than they’d allotted. The cost remained the same from the estimate to the handing over of the cashier’s check. They thoroughly cleaned up after and even used their shop vac to clean up broken glass in our garage.
Air conditioner works great. Had a great experience with the company. Strongly recommend

We had our furnace and the original (61 years old) duct system replaced with a highest efficiency and quieter furnace and the best insulated (R8) ducts. We are more than satisfied with AIS. They did what we requested. Their price was reasonable. AIS was highly recommended to us by a neighbor, and based on our experience, we will also highly recommend them.

My heating unit stopped working. We were feeling extreme cold. I checked Yelp for rating and found AIS with 5 Star rating, so I called them. They sent their technician Taylor same day. Taylor was very courteous and professional. Fixed the problem temporarily and ordered parts to fix the issue permanently. Thanks guys.

If you are looking for a professional company to install your A/C, highly recommend AIS heating! We got three estimates and were so glad that we decided to go with AIS. From getting the estimate to the installation process was very smooth. We are so impressed that after the installation was complete, they sent a technician/supervisor to check the quality of work performed by their techs!
