From scheduling to repair, Rooter Hero was incredibly professional and kind. I asked the technician, David, if I could watch him work to get a better understanding of the problem. He walked me through every step of the process and was very patient and professional. These guys are the real deal!

FOR THE WORK DONE I THOUGHT CHARGING ME $3,582,00 TO REPAIR A LEAKY TOILET WAS AN OUTRAGEOUS SUM. THE PLUMMER WAS ON SITE 6 HOURS TOTAL DOING WORK AND VERY LITTLE MATERIALS WERE USED.

Highly recommend. Mike came out on a Sunday to snake my clogged drain. Very professional, super reasonable. Only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't leave a tip on my credit card for Mike. Luckily, I happened to have cash. Thank you Mike!! 👍

In a matter of an hour from what seemed to be a simple “easy fix” became a disaster when a pipe in our home broke and filled our carpet floor and bathroom full of dirty water. My husband quickly contacted this establishment after realizing that this was an emergency and Chris arrived at our door in about an hour and he literally saved our night. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and made us feel like the issue would be well taken care of. I feel confident in his care and rest assured we can all sleep comfortably at night knowing that our pipes and plumbing will be in good hands.

Chris Estrada was amazing! Can’t explain how much this guy has helped us out especially during night time at 8PM - 11PM. He was able to detach our old clean out pipe, and the water was soaking into our carpet! We have a newborn baby as will in the house and he was proficient, professional and fast also told us the truth to the matter. And was able to help out with everything especially with work the next day.
