Cody arrived on time, was easy to communicate with, quickly evaluated the situation, and then clearly explained alternative solutions, along with pricing options. As my house and fixtures are extremely old, he had to exert a lot of effort to remove and replace my faucet and associated items, but he did so in a distinctly professional manner, and I am definitely satisfied both with the results as well as the manner in which he conducted himself. I would not hesitate to recommend Cody and Rooter Hero to friends, family, and any interested individual in need of plumbing repair.

Rooter Hero was available quickly when others were not. Their Google reviews convinced me it was worth trusting them. Caden came out within an hour, made some attempts to resolve it with minimal expense, and came to a solution that was not inexpensive. He then patiently participated in calls with myself, then myself plus the general contractor who'd recently done some unrelated upgrades on the home. We felt comfortable that the contractor had asked good, probing questions and Caden had provided thoughtful, thorough, and confident answers. We proceeded with the $3k job. He and another technician completed the work the same day and our sewer system was back in action. Nobody likes to pay for unexpected expenses, but I feel confident the service Rooter Hero provided was needed and that they did a great job with exceptional communication from the office and the technician throughout the process. We will definitely call them again as plumbing needs arise.

Absolutely stellar service! Jeremy Schooley from Rooter Hero was out in a flash to help diagnose our shower valve problem. When it couldn't be immediately fixed, he discussed our options and explained the work necessary. He was back the next morning, bright and early, to replace our shower valve and put in a new shower head. Start to finish took just three hours! Very respectful, made sure we were happy with the job, and clearly takes pride in his work. We are absolutely thrilled with the new shower and will be calling Jeremy in the future for any of our plumbing needs!
