I’m a single female and they took advantage of me. I requested service to unclog my drain outdoors so the water can drain from my backyard to the front yard through the existing pipes. I was quoted a fee to do so which was ridiculously high. Much much high (2Xs) then other company’s. They offered a discount percentage. The next day another employee came and attempted to unclog but stopped after noticing a leak in the pipe 5 yards of the 15 yard pipe. They quoted another ridiculous price to fix the pipe and continue. I refused the price but wanted them to continue to unclog the pipes. They did not but still requested the full ridiculous first price without discount. After requested discount, a discount was given. However, they did not continue to unclog my pipes. Therefore I was still left with clogged pipes and a higher bill paid out of pocket for doing nothing. I’m mad and do not recommend this company for taking advantage of my weakness.

I had a clogged sink and needed a plumber fast. I called Rooter Hero & Jake came out he was Neat,Clean, and efficient.I will definitely be calling them again
