I called this company looking for repair to my ac unit. The man was very nice on the phone. Asked if he could come out that day in the evening. I had a funeral to go to so I asked if Sunday morning could be an option. He said yes, text me your name and telephone number. I did as he asked. Saturday evening I texted the same number and asked what time he was going to stop by in the morning. No response. Sunday morning came and he no showed and didn't even bother to call and reschedule. Unprofessional and wasting people's time.

Very Pleased. Highly recommended. If you have called around to other places you may have discovered what I did. AIRPRO had the lowest initial hour/diagnostic price (25% less) and had reviews that went toe to toe with the top dollar outfits. My partners got 2nd opinion and his assessment was verified and this estimate was the best (by far - 33% less). Jass got my one of a kind motor ASAP and completed the job days before expected, all during our recent heat wave. It is refreshing to find someone you can let your guard down with because he is knowledgeable, reliable, professional, polite, and personable. I am always impressed when I see a well kept work truck (something I never mastered). Jass designed and installed custom shelves in his truck that maximizes workspace and mobile inventory. And it’s clean! Not a single red flag and earned this (rare) review from me.

My HVAC quit at 9:30 PM Sunday on a 109 degree day, with temps forecast in the 107 - 112 degree range for the next 8 days. I called the big two companies on TV all the time, one gave me an appointment for 7 days later, the other never called back. I called Airpro at 8:30 AM Monday after being on terminal hold with the other companies. I was given an appointment for 10:00 AM that morning, and Jass showed up at 9:45 and had cold air blowing in my house 20 minutes later. Waiting a week for one of the big "B" companies would have been intolerable for the upcoming week. Jass is extremely knowledgeable, on time, cost effective, and he said he was able to come on short notice because he works weekends and I was not at the end of his queue on Monday morning. Can't thank Jass and Airpro enough, if you're in the Elk Grove area call Jass when it has to be done today or tomorrow.

I will definitely call Airpro again for service, and when my unit needs replacing they will be my first call. Save money, save time, be comfortable.

Jas was great! He helped install the whole new A/C Unit which works amazing! He also helped install our new thermostats as well making it easier on us on using our new A/C.
