So glad I choose the right company! I had a great technician named Matt show up to my house on time, he was also professional and honest. The technician was able to test my water lines, inform me what was causing the issues and different ways to fix it without trying to get me to spend thousands. It's nice to finally find a local honest business.

Inquired by phone the pricing to replace a toilet with a new Kohler toilet. Received a quote and ordered the service, the plumber arrived on time and did the job in a professional manner, cleaned the work area
And did so in a timely manner. When billed, it was the same as the quoted price. All in all a good job at a good price.

Great business. Honest, straight forward and reasonable prices. They came out to inspect my sewer pipes because another company was charging over $2000 to clean the pipes but Elk Grove Plumbing inspected the pipes and said they were clean and didn’t need cleaning. As newer home owners of a property with a septic tank system we didn’t know who to call because we didn’t know the issue, just knew we had a clog with back flow. As city dwellers, we decided to go with a plumber first and called around our area. They scheduled us for something immediate. Some $$ later with diagnostics, it was decided we needed to call for septic service. Part of me felt like …dang! we could have saved some money by calling for septic tank service first!… Honestly, even though they were not able to solve our issue, Matt was amazing to work with and I would recommend him. So I had a handyman do some plumbing, but he put in pipes that rust, so on comes Elk Grove Plumbing to the rescue. The tech saw the problem, and 30 minutes later had it all fixed and water tight. I won’t hesitate to call again.

Plumbing associated with my dishwasher. Technician checked all drainage connections and pipes. The problem was, as he told me, with the actual appliance.
