Within 20-30 minutes he had the drain cleared.

Our heater stops working. We've been an old clients for years now with Elk Grove Plumbing so were so happy they have heating and air conditioning service now. Always topnotch service from receptionist to service personnel. Thank you, specially to Trey Hicks our technician today!!!

John and Robert arrived on time and got started right away. Knowledgeable and communicated while clearing the clogged pipe. Took 3 pass to clear and Robert made sure to clean up.
2 hr Update after technicians left. Drain was backed up immediately on first use. Called the office to let them know that clogged was not cleared and will need them to come back out. I will update shortly!
