Fernando Zapata, of Elk Grove Plumbing, showed up on time and went above and beyond to ensure the installation of my garage disposal and removal and replacement of the flex pipes underneath the two bathroom sinks were leak free. He also adjusted the anti-scalding washer in the master bathroom shower cartridge to provide more hot water. I appreciated his professionalism and timely completion of the job at hand.

I called Elk Grove Plumbing, Drain, Heating, Air on a Thursday morning at 8:30 because I had broken an irrigation pipe the night before. I was unable to stop the water flow completely when I tried to turn off the water to the house, so the water leaked all night. By noon the technician was on his way. Within half an hour the pipe was repaired, the leak stopped, and water was back on to the house. And the bill was way less than I thought it would be. We will definitely be using Elk Grove Plumbing in the future.

It was Sunday afternoon around 2pm when I called about our water heater, spoke to lady on phone, super nice. Our water heater coil needed to be replaced. Parker is the service guy who came out, was at our house by 330, took care of our problem and was done by 4. Super quick and efficient.

Miguel showed up on time. Very courteous and honest. He performed an HVAC tune up on my AC system. He recorded his findings on the equipment in the attic and showed me his findings on the compressor and fan in the back yard. Definitely feel at ease that Miguel and Elk Grove Plumbing & Drain HVAC are honest and won’t sell you work you don’t need.

We had a problem with the cooling system. The technician analyzed and fixed the problem and left the broken parts for my review.
The price was very reasonable. I am happy with the service and won’t hesitate to use them again.
