5+ stars!! Excellent customer service with the best prices. They give you an honest assessment without any pressure to purchase on the spot. Alex came over to assess the system and give us a quote for a new HVAC system. He carefully inspected the home during his evaluation, and then presented 3 different options. Absolutely no pressure sales tactics like other larger companies we had come give an estimate (“if you chose us today we will give you an additional discount”). Airmech’s prices were several thousand dollars less than the other companies estimates and for similar equipment. On the day of installation the team was on-time, exactly when they said they would be there. The technicians (Abdul and his team) were so nice and professional the entire time. They took care to not make a mess or damage anything inside or outside the house. They explained everything they did and completely cleaned up at the end of the day. Absolutely 100% recommend without hesitation AirMech if you looking for a HVAC company to service your current system or purchase/install a new system. Being new resident to the Sacramento area, I am so glad I found this company, I will definitely use them for all routine maintenance and services moving forward.

Love working with Airmech. This is my first time needing them for an emergency with my system. Mary was extremely helpful and took time to make sure the soonest available service tech was free. With in 30 mins of my call (3PM timeframe) a very helpful and knowledgeable tech, Freddy, was at my door. He resolved my issue and heat is back in the house. Very pleasant experience.

The guys arrived on time, were courteous and conscientious, and worked diligently to complete the install in one day even though they were at it til almost 7:00 pm. The install was very challenging due to space issues at the attic opening and in the attic, but they made it all work. Definitely would recommend Airmech to anyone needing HVAC services.

Very professional. Prompt. Good job. Tried a smaller fix to an old system first. When it didn’t work, that cost was absorbed by the replacement of the HVAC unit. Alex fixed me up with space heaters until the job was completed. Only complaint and not a big one, was the installers weren’t familiar with setting up the smart system controls but once the app was downloaded it was pretty easy to figure out.

Airmech was professional and the crew is courteous and friendly. New system is running so quiet I did not think it was working. I will never think about using anyone else for my HVAC needs. Great Job!

We got our HVAC system from here. Very quick thorough consultation. System was installed the following week as promised. Took one day to instal. Would highly recommend this company. Ask for Alex. He was not pushy and was able to clearly explain what we needed and what were the extras. Because of this we were able to make a pricey decision confidently.

Airmech completed a heating system checkup. Scheduling was easy, with an appointment within the next business day. Technician was pleasant and professional. I was shown photos of various components of the system. I thought the tech told me I would receive copies, I didn't. The report I received was just a bunch of sentences on the receipt. I would think it would be something more official, like a separate form with items that were inspected and the findings. The latter point is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Other than that, very positive experience.

Giovanni was very professional and prompt in repairing my heater. He explained everything to me and I felt he was very knowledgeable working with my old heater.
I definitely will call for him and recommend his company to all my friends.
