Airmech Heating and Air Conditioning

We have used Airmech in the past to service our air conditioner. The technician, Antonio, is a professional. We called Airmech again because our heater stop working. He provided an honest assessment of why the heater needs to be replaced. The estimate he gave us is reasonable. I would and will recommend Airmech to anyone in need of the services they offer.

Freddie got here very quickly and did a very thorough inspection of my ancient ac system. Explained the problems and fixes the may arise. He was very courteous and kind. Mary in the office was great too!! They got her within an hour of me calling!

Technician- Freddy Alvarez was early to appointment, thoroughly examined both heating units and my 2 Ac units, and explained all findings to me. They were great from start to finish.

I called Airmech with an urgent issue with our heating system. They sent someone out to our site right away and he was here in 30 minutes. His name was Giovanni and he was very polite and professional. He took care of our problem right away and had the heater back on within the hour. Best of all he only charged us for the basic inspection fee. He even stopped what he was doing halfway through to move his truck to make room for the movers that had arrived. I am super happy with Airmech's speed and level of service and will definitely be hiring them again for all of our HVAC needs.

The installation day was an epic timed choreography of onsite inspection, removal of old AC and heater unit, delivery of the new unit, and installation. The three technicians onsite worked diligently throughout and everything worked flawlessly including reprogramming of my smart thermostat.

Airmech is a very reliable HVAC company. They are extremely helpful on the phone, and it’s very easy to schedule appointments with them. They are also responsive and will really call you back, if necessary. They also give you appointment reminders and update you if your technician is en route. I’ve had 3 maintenance checks with them and all have been great. For my most recent maintenance check, Freddy completed it. He is very friendly and professional. He was very thorough while explaining in great detail how the HVAC system works and why specific parts are important for it to function correctly and efficiently. He allowed us to ask questions and answered them all in layman’s terms. I learned a lot of things about my HVAC system that I never would have learned if it wasn’t for Freddy. We even received our detailed maintenance report in less than an hour after Freddy completed his check. I definitely will continue to use Airmech and recommend them to everyone I know.

The estimator, Alex did a fantastic job of assessing my current system. I am going with a Bosch solution.

The reason I'm having the work done at all is because the previous company, Buetler did a substandard job. And after many attempts to get the system right over the years Buetler just failed to do so.

So now I need to replace the system and AirMech is the company I have chosen to replace my current system and to get It replaced correctly.

In the meantime, living up in Sacramento, I have beefed up my "Quiet Cool" (Attic Cooling and Exhaust) functions to ease the issues of higher temperatures.

We were moving in to our new property and the heat wasn't working! Serious emergency for someone like me who can't tolerate anything under 70 degrees. Giovanni with this company came to our property within an hour of our contacting the company. He was polite, efficient, and kind, and gave us tips about using propane heating systems in general. The charges were minuscule for getting the heat up and running within an hour of contacting them. We were very impressed.
