Airmech Heating and Air Conditioning

I contacted Airmech for our heater that wasn't blowing any warm air. They sent out one of their technicians, Sam by the next day. I appreciated that Sam contacted me via text that he was on his way. He diagnosed the issue, answered all my questions and came back a few days later with all the ordered parts. Service took about two hours and we had the heater up and running immediately.

Highly recommend this business! By the time for my appointment, my heater seemed to be working, but I kept the appointment to just make sure the system was evaluated. The technician, Antonio, was professional, competent and honest. He did a video of his evaluation of the system (my HVAC is on my roof) and explained to me all of the components and his evaluation of them. VERY thorough, and he said no repairs were needed at this time. I really appreciate his honesty and trustworthiness! He took the time to explain my system to me, and what repairs would be reasonable to expect with my older HVAC unit. He also installed my new smart thermostat even though that was not on my original service call/request. Will definitely call Airmech Heating and Air if I need service in the future.Antonio was awesome 🤩

I don’t know what I’m doing wrong….but today Airmech sent the technician, Freddy. This time got our Air conditioner. It was not working correctly. Freddy, knowing what he’s doing did his magic and guess what…..it’s a miracle! Thank you again Airmech for having such experienced technicians! Job well done. Referring Airmech to you without hesitation!

Back to I don’t know what I’m doing….. The below review was already on here. Making certain it was posted back in April of this same year. 2023.

I sent in a review that, unbeknownst to me, used same “comments” I’d used from a previous visit. I wanted to make certain it was spoken accurately regarding the visit of todays service. We didn’t have heat last night and it was very cold.
The technician, Freddy, helped me understand how important maintenance is to keep our unit last. He also shared how we could benefit ourselves by becoming a Gold Member with Airmech. I look forward to having our heating and air conditioning unit being taken care of by such a caring professional team. I would refer Airmech to everyone.

Honest company, excellent service. Over the years, we've called them several times for our house in Fair Oaks. Another company my parents called wanted to replace the furnace for a ridiculous price. I called Ali/Airmech, which I have called several times before. They were able to diagnose and fix the actual problem of the furnace for a fraction of the cost. Also fixed problems with our thermostat, a/c unit for two houses, etc. So far, we've called them about 5-6 times and will continue to call if we need heating & a/c issues.

Installed a heat pump for me recently. The permit inspector from Roseville commented that the did a great job. Better quality product at a lower price that the other quotes I received.

Our AC unit went down in the morning and Airmech sent a technician out that day. Sam was polite and professional and explained what was wrong with our unit after his diagnosis and provide us with a detailed explanation of our options for repair. Amazing work considering it was 102 degrees out and the end of a long work day. Luckily, he had the parts for a repair in his truck and was able to fix it on the spot and get the unit running fairly quickly. He was efficient at his work and answered all my questions. So pleased that I contacted Airmech!

I’ve been an Airmech customers for the past two years and I am always happy with their service. I purchased their package and get check ups twice a year, and anytime I have an issue they are out the next day. Sam has been servicing my house and he is always professional, provides valuable insight, and very friendly to my dog. Always appreciated, customer service 10/10!!

I used their services for my house last year it was good service, my air conditioning system works well. I called them today for my rental home, they came on time and diagnosed the problem, and ordered the parts will replace it tomorrow. So far I’m happy with their business. Two thumbs up.

Technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. He walked us through what happened and the solution. He took his to explore options of new thermostat with us. Excellent customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Freddy did an excellent job troubleshooting my problem and providing me easy to understand details of the problem and the repair. I will definitely hire this company again in the future.
