Airmech Heating and Air Conditioning

We are extremely pleased with AirMech. We needed to replace a failing 27-year old HVAC system. We had gotten bids for both gas furnaces and heat pumps but none felt quite right. We went to the Sacramento Home Show specifically to talk to HVAC contractors and are very glad we found AirMech there!

We live in Roseville and were very strongly leaning toward a heat pump. AirMech's booth had a display with a running unit so we could gage air flow, sound level, etc. of a Bosch heat pump that does not need heat strips. Their pricing was competitive with the our prior bids for a system with higher energy efficiency.

Our overall experience with Air Mech has been more than 5 stars. The quality of their management staff and crew, their work, and their responsiveness to several after-installation questions has met or exceeded my high expectations every time. They really care about their customers and the quality of what they do. .

Our hosehold had noticed a burning smell and noise coming from our heating system. Airmech responded quickly to diagnose the problem and provided clear information about what needed to be done and the importance of doing itt. Very satisfied with the work quality and speed in which our tech was able to resolve the problem.

The technician, Freddy provided the most thorough report of our HVAC system's state than any other company we have used, to include One Hour and Bonney. He took lots of pictures so that we could see the problems, but they also aided in understanding the remedy he recommended. We will use Airmech again if our HVAC needs repairs in the future.

We called Airmech after having a different company come out the day before and telling us that we needed a new furnace after only spending about 15 minutes at the house. They said that the parts would be $7,000 and so we should just replace the system for $5,000. We weren’t able to be onsite because we live about two hours away and have renters in our house and I was afraid that we were getting taken advantage of. I had Airmech come out today for a second opinion and they spend over an hour doing a very thorough inspection. He tracked down the source of the problem and it is a very small part to fix! We were so relieved and so happy that we got a second opinion. They were very honest and kind and I will definitely use them again in the future.

They were awesome!! First of all, I was able to talk to a real person right away… She was friendly and very responsive to our urgency! I have two little kids and our heater wasn’t working. She was able to book me somebody relatively quickly! We are very happy with them!

Air Mech is always very professional, prompt and reasonably priced. They put in my furnace and serviced my air conditioner. They are thorough and provide great service.

I must say I am really impressed with Antonio's professionalism and his dedication to his work. After some confusion with previous techs, Antonio quickly diagnosed the problem and found a solution. He managed to get the part and install it before the day was over and now the heat is working better than ever. Thank you Antonio and Mary for the great service!

The workmen showed up on time for a 2 day job to replace and install new furnaces and air conditioners. Very professional, answered any questions I had, left the place clean and picked up all trash.
I would not hesitate to call them again.
