Airmech Heating and Air Conditioning

We had our AC unit stop working on the hottest day of the year after being away on vacation. I called Airmech and they were able to get us on the schedule within a day. Sam Miranda came out to the house and was absolutely wonderful. Super friendly, answered all our questions and got us working again. He didn't try to upsell us on anything we didn't need and we really appreciated that. He let us know that he would be available whenever we needed it if we had any other issues. Wish all technicians were this great!

Airmech arrived on time, called prior to arriving and provided clear details on what was the main issue.

They fixed the loud buzzing noise problem on the same day as well which was really helpful so we didn't have to schedule. Cost was very reasonable for part and repair, especially since it was working during a hot day.

Very professional, friendly and quick on fixing the issue. Recommend them if you need help updating an old unit or one that has just a noise problem.

I had the most wonderful experience today with a gentleman by the name of Antonio! He was not only professional kind and experienced he also explained everything to me as he was doing it. And was friendly observant and handled everything in no time. Antonio was also on time and thanked us for using Airmech! I thanked him for his unequivocal knowledge and expertise! I scheduled an appointment with Airmech online and they quickly contacted me to verify all my information. On the day of the repair I was sent a text letting me know the repairman's name and that he was on his way. Antonio, the repairman, was able to diagnose the issue and repaired the AC condensor quickly. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the speed at which he was able to diagnose and fix the problem.

Not only did Antonio get out here the same day that we called, within just a few hours, but he was on time. He had a great communication and answered every question I had for him. Showed me how to keep up on cleaning the ac unit myself periodically. Recommended maintenance which as a new home owner I was aware of but have put off. He was polite. I know its freakin hot out and may not be the best job having to deal with the heat and cranky people but he was as cool as a cucumber and provided a great service and for that we are extremely thankful and will schedule a 6month maintenance for our unit.

We had two weekends this summer during heat waves where our AC’s stopped working, first on a house right before we were selling and then in our purchase. AirMech was incredible both times at getting out to us quickly and able to resolve issues really quickly. We are full time work from home adults, a teen and a toddler - having AC is so critical to us. This last round the owner himself even took time in his afternoon to come out for same day service for us, so above and beyond!!! So happy to have stumbled upon them on Yelp a few months ago.

I called Airmech to have a common wire connected so I could install a smart thermostat. They were able to book the appoint very quickly. Sam was the tech who connected the c-wire for me. He was really fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The price Airmech charged beat just about everyone I called. It saved me a trip up into our attic, so it was money well spent and for quality service!

I had a failed capacitor on my AC unit. Airmech was able to come out same day to repair and, after discussion about the unit, found a way to improve the unit with surge protection. I am extremely happy with their service, and will be using them in the future, the same as the rest of my family.

After having a technician from a different company out in September 2021 and another tech from another company out in July of 2022 to repair my hvac that kept tripping electrically, Sam the Man was able to properly diagnose the issue and make the necessary repairs.
