Tom came out the next day after I called. He was very professional, courteous and informative. He even brought Lysol spray, put on booties, and was double masked. He was able to solve the problem with my NEST Learning Thermostat for my older 4-wire furnace with a little bit of rewiring. I was very impressed with his technical knowledge, and the fact that the company had sent me an email right after I had scheduled the appointment with Tom's name and picture so I knew who to expect. That's a very nice safety feature. I can highly recommend Bob Jenson AC and Heating.

I had booked an appointment a week out, but they had a cancellation earlier in the week and called to see if I would like that open appointment. It was great. The technician was on time, explained things VERY thoroughly to me so that I could understand what the last installation had done poorly, and how I could remedy the situation. Was very good at showing me what he was doing and explaining why it needed to be adjusted. I had used a different company for a home warranty repair, and it had awful results so I was hesitant to try and repair this on my own. Thanks to Angie's List and the company's reputation and reviews I feel I got quality service for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Bob Jenson to anyone who needs AC repairs.

Great service all around from Bob Jensen. Free in home estimate with no pressure sales tactics. When it came to the installation, it was nice to know that they use their own crew, they do not subcontract out the work, so you know what you're going to get. On the day of installation, the sales person came also to ensure that we all understood what was going to happen. The install technicians, Tony and Sammy, took time to ensure that everything was done correctly and answered all the questions I had. I would highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs.

Their customer service rep, Marcella, was great at follow-up and their technician, Roy, was super knowledgeable and helpful. We had a great experience with Bob Jenson! Mike came out and spent a lot of time with me, answering my questions and making a thorough assessment of our house and what would work best for our needs. The quote was better than others we received, as well. We went with the central HVAC. Tony and Sammy did the install and they were the best!
