Got a quote and an install in less than 10 days. Mike was calm in explaining options and in planning the install. Tony and Edgar was fast, clean and very professional on the install. New system is working and smelling great.

They came in with a very responsible price and did not attempt to up-sell me like the other 5 companies I received quotes from. The product they installed is high quality and I absolutely love my new AC & Heating system! I am going to have them service my new system and bought the 3 year maintenance program. This company has been around for a long time and that made me feel good too. No hard-sell, just 3 great options so I could pick what I wanted to purchase and the quote was very detailed. Cyrus provided our family excellent service today. He checked both of our heating/cooling mini-splits and wrapped exposed hoses to protect them from sun damage. Service remarkable. Starting from the beginning with Marcella in customer service, she was professional, warm, and very willing to help. Roy Villa, the technician, was amazing. He diagnosed the problem with our air conditioner has a leak of Freon in one of the hoses. Not only does he work hard but keeps us informed throughout the whole process. He’s a joy to work with.

We called on Bob Jenson to install a mini split system in our home in 2017. They did an amazing job. We bought the prepaid service contract, and it has been worth it to know the system will keep working well. So, when we decided to have a unit installed in our garage office, we called Bob Jenson, and again, exemplary work and service. I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this business to others. Marcos’ service was truly exceptional.

Found Bob Jenson on Yelp and decided to try their service last year. Roy Villa was our tech who correctly diagnosed the problem along with how to fix my AC unit. He was polite, professional and ready to answer all of your question as well as explain what he was doing which won us over as customers. Fast forward to today where he came in for our maintenance visit. He ran our system, went up the attic, checked every detail including replacing our air filters. All in all, I am very impressed and satisfied by the services provided by Roy Villa. I have nothing to say except praises on the way they conduct their business.
