Our 26 year old 3,100 Sq foot home needed urgent repair resulting in a major HVAC upgrade in 2015 (at Christmas!) with the goal being multi zone control resulting in better heating/cooling performance and lower monthly costs. Now we can control heating/cooling separately in 3 major areas of the home. This was a major redesign and done so well, it has proven to be a quality installation and improved performance for the seven years. The whole process with Bob Jenson resulted in saving about 40% energy costs. Since then we signed on to their annual maintenance program and just recently needed the outside AC unit repaired ASAP, and it was done without having to replace it at this time. They have very, very good and cordial technicians, always on time, good communication skills and a desire to help us any way they can. They have been worth the investment to us. The whole staff is a real team including family members.

Rogelio came out and fixed the work of another company that messed up our furnace to the point it would not turn off. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our interaction with Roy was 100% the reason we signed up for the Bob Jensen maintenance program. We feel very lucky to have found this company for our HVAC needs. Had this company out again to troubleshoot why the furnace wasn’t throwing heat and they replaced a part and had things working in no time! A few days later they contacted me to give me a refund on the part that was replaced because it was still under manufacture warranty. So happy with this company and their service.

We have been getting service from Bob Jenson for years for AC maintenance. Just as the temperature is starting to heat up. Of course, our system was not making cool air. We got a next day appointment and Roy Villa showed up on time. He was courteous, professional and prompt. This is a great and reliable company that goes the extra mile.

Company "diagnosed" a/c system for repair and talked elderly mother into ordering a new unit (which would be connected to existing refrigerant lines). Mom got cold feet and backed out at which time the company insisted on her going to the bank and getting them a cashier's check for $1100. I called another company and they took one look at the unit in the home and observed that the refrigerant lines were undersized for the unit. The lines were replaced and the unit is functional. Saved $10,000, even after paying these guys $1100. Misdiagnosed the problem and proposed unnecessary replacement of unit without replacing refrigerant lines which is where the leak was. They were also unprofessional in their dealings with both my mother and myself.

They installed our air conditioning system and have maintained it and our hearing system since then. In every instance everyone we have worked with was friendly, polite, knowledgable and professional. We have recommended them to friends.
