They always do a good job for us. Had em for years. Liked the name too.

We had three bids for an A/C replacement. Jenson (Mike DaLuz) was very thorough and responsive during the estimate and answering questions during our decision making process. The installation team of Luis and ? were on-time, polite and cleaned the area after installation. Later, I did have an issue with the thermostat in "Auto" setting-Mike was responsive in coming back to our house, and solving the issue (furnace setting) to enable the "Auto" setting on our new thermostat.

We had a heater noise issue with a brand new unit that had been installed in august. We were told by the guy who installed it and our landlords that the high pitched squealing noise was normal and to deal with it. We were at our wits end when it was below 60 in our unit for several weeks when Bob Jenson was recommended to me by current customers of theirs. they did not disappoint. The technician who came out immediately diagnosed the issue, confirmed it was not normal at all and gave us some recommendations on how to fix the issue. Once our landlords finally agreed to the recommended repairs, the technicians came right back out and made all of the repairs within a few hours. The guys were super knowledgeable and professional. I’d definitely use this company any time we have any other issues and also would recommend them to anyone. We are so happy to have a working heater after not having one for 6 weeks. Despite popular belief, it does get cold in the winter in california!

Our furnace was just blowing air and no heat. Since I had purchased the furnace from Bob Jenson I called for service. After replacing the needed part, all is well again.

We had a heat pump installed and ductwork redone to accommodate cooling, which we did not have before. It was a true pleasure to work with Mike Daluz, who was highly responsive in a speedy manner in providing information and talking through multiple options. The installation crew was great and worked hard to find a solution to accommodate changes to our current ductwork to accommodate cooling. Overall, we were extremely satisfied.
