Bob Jenson Air Conditioning and Heating

If you are interested in getting repairs to your current system by people who know what they are doing, don't hesitate to go with Bob Jenson. They were recommended to me by my neighbor and we discovered that they had serviced our heating/ A/C for the previous owner of our house, as well.

Before going with Bob Jenson, I had a guy come out from ASI. What an absolute mistake. My heater was already on its last leg, but it still would produce heat. The ASI guy used wires to "jump" my system and fried the control board on my heater. The ASI guy, Eduardo, was a full on pressure salesman, who had absolutely no idea what he was doing. I had to ask him to leave.

When Steve came out from Bob Jenson, it was immediately clear he knew what he was doing. Instead of trying to wreck my ailing system, he checked the watts going through the whole system to confirm it was the control board that was the issue (regardless of the damage the ASI guy did). Steve was able to come back in a couple of days once he had the part and install the new control board. He was in and out in no time and the system is running great.

Additionally, Bob Jenson's quote for replacing the control board was half what ASI quoted. Steve from Bob Jenson did let me know the options about updating my heating and A/C, but there was zero pressure. It was a conversation to know my options, but he understood that repairing the heater was the priority for right now.

All I can say is go with the company that has great word-of-mouth recommendations and doesn't have a 6 figure advertising budget due to their extensive radio and tv commercials.

Bob Jensen Air installed the HVAC system at our last residence. From the install to the maintenance of the system thereafter, the choice of products and service has been outstanding. So it was a no brainer to get them to replace the old HVAC system at our current residence. They are the best!

We needed to have our new heating and air system tuned up to make sure all ducts were properly adjusted for air flow. The fan needed to be put on the high setting and everything is working great, and we are very pleased with Bob Jenson and his company

Cyrus Thomas did a great job on our biannual AC-Heat system’s maintenance —we have 2. He was on time, quick but thorough and pleasant. The cost for a Bob Jensen annual maintenance contract is fair and includes new filters. Highly Recommended!!!
