Bob Jenson installed our new heater and AC when promised. They did an excellent job and the systems work very well. They also provide an annual contract at a great price to check out the systems 2x per year.

We called at the peak of a heat wave. Not only did they show compassion for our situation but assured us immediate service. I spoke with Rhonda in the office it felt like a dear friend the concern she had. The very next morning John came. Figured out the issues and had them fixed in no time. He was so sweet.and had two little helpers follow him around. When he finished his parting words were "Have A Blessed Day" We did! Highly recommend this incredible company!!!

Rogelio came back 3 times and found the source of the leak that leaked water on my carpet from my heat pump. The water was actually coming from my neighbor's heat pump into my unit. It wasn't my heat pump at all! We contacted the neighbor and Rogelio confirmed that their heat pump was dripping and causing water to leak through the partition between our 2 units. I haven't had a problem since Rogelio accurately diagnosed the situation. Great work!

Highly recommended! Bob Jensen replaced our 30+ year old HVAC system along with replacing all the ductwork. Tony and Sammy were our techs and they were very professional, wore their masks all of the time, covered the floors they walked on and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job. Our new Bosch condensers are super quiet! We are very happy with the price and service.

Bob jenson came out on time with great communication. They were able to diagnose a disconnected duct behind a wall by using a a camera they can fish through. Surprisingly many HVAC companies don’t have them and literally have no idea for the proper fix.

We heard about Bob Jenson on the radio. We had never used them before but they advertised that they were certified on Fujitsu Mini Splits. We had been trying to get someone out to our home for a very long time who could fix a part which broke. Either no one knew how to fix them or didn’t want to come out to fix this part. I emailed Bob Jenson and their office immediately returned my call and made an appointment. The day before the appointment they called to remind me and also emailed a picture of the technician. On the day of the appointment Tom, the technician showed up on time. He was super professional, friendly and wore a mask,booties, and gloves. I wasn’t expecting him to have the required part on hand, judging from past companies who disappointed me. BUT, Tom had it on hand, installed it and I was able to get on with my other tasks. I wish we had known about this company before. I highly recommend Tom with Bob Jenson Air Conditioning and Heating.
