Bob Jenson Air Conditioning and Heating

They have been services by A/C and heating units for over ten years have installed my last two units and services them on time very six months.

I invited 4 different HVAC Contractors to offer bids on my project to convert my finished basement to an Accessory Dwelling Unit. Bob Jenson Air Conditioning and Heating was the only company to reply. The others either declined to bid or did not respond at all. Which, as it turned out, was a very fortuitous thing. Bob Jenson’s proposal was extremely fair and well within my budget. They were polite, efficient, and worked with me on my requirements. The ADU required a separate HVAC zone with supply and return fire dampers, which they also installed. There never was a real inlet/return filter box on my existing Forced Air Unit. They installed a new return box with high efficiency filters to to my existing FAU which accommodated the return air from the three zones in my home. I now have more air flow throughout my home then I can ever remember. I am extremely happy with the results on Bob Jenson’s work and highly recommend them.

The tech showed up on time, was very personable and thorough and knowledgeable. So far, their service enabled my AC system to run effectively when another local company only recommended spending over $20,000.00 on a new system.

We have used Bob Jensen for many yrs now and we are ALWAYS pleased with the service we receive.

We are great fans of Bob Jensen Heating and A/C. Their installation of a new furnace and A/C system some years back was accomplished on time and the installer was meticulous. The modern Hi-efficiency unit literally paid for itself in lower gas and electric bills within 2 years.

We’ve since signed on for their annual service agreement and remain very content with services provided.

I recommend them often to friends and colleagues.

Excellent as usual. Nice local company. I won't use anyone else. The installation was precise. It was hot in the attic and the company encouraged the installers to come down every 20 minutes and cool off. I had cool water for them. The system's going on 15 years easily and I've had a service contract from new. They actually do the job and explain the results. No advertising or white gloves.
