The technician's name was Roy Villa and he was excellent!. He conducted himself as a real gentleman. Informative, and clear as he diagnosed the problem - which turned out not be very big - and he evaluated the overall performance of my system which he said was great and did not try to "upsell" me for things we did not need. Also the company communicated extremely well on the timing of his arrival. We recommend them and will use them again.

Scheduled maintenance every six months for 15 years has kept my /AC and furnace systems problem free.

Quoted on installation of replacement heat pump and auxiliary furnace. Quote was competitive, and better than most of three others I received. Able to get a unit that all of the other companies said was out of stock. Installation was when they promised, and took as long as they estimated. Very professional. We use Bob Jenson for regular maintenance and have done so for several years, since previous service company began giving us outrageous quotes for services and items we did not need.

Excellent service. I purchased a 5 year maintenance agreement to have my mini split maintained (filters cleaned, check for problems, etc.) They call me every 6 months to schedule the inspection. Very happy with Bob Jenson A/C & Heating employees. Cyrus is the best. Punctual and informative.

Thank you for the great service. The first time for service was to fix the HVAC system. Your repairman wasn't sure it could be fixed due to the extensive damage (done by a tenant who thought she could fix it herself). He was able to fix it and it was working fine. Then he had to come out again - mice had gotten into the main control board and chewed up the wires. Again, your repairman was able to fix it. I was very pleased with the service. Your repairman fixed it quickly, was honest and informative, and your bill was reasonable. Overall an A+!
