I thought the provider was thoughtful and helpful, explained the terms of the system well and didn’t try to upsell us. She was particularly helpful in flushing out our water heater and explaining which pieces of maintenance we could do ourselves and which we couldn’t. I adored her.

Hot water was not getting to bathrooms in timely manner. Asked to have water heater checked Benji arrived with a smile and checked both bathrooms and tank. Rechecked showers and HOT water within a short few minutes! WOW
Learned some helpful information regarding possible causes but not my issue this time. Benji only had to turn up the heat and there was hot water! 😂 I’m Wowed. Benji was very nice n polite and would have him back again if needed. Thank you for great service.

The technicians were excellent and knowledgeable. The price however was ridiculous! It cost me $628.00 to replace an 1/2 inch cooper pipe, 8 inches long. I don't see how this company can get away with these kind of prices. This is what you call taking advantage of a person in need.

Katrina was out and did an inspection of plumbing and water heater. Excellant customer service, explained everything and offered me options. Would highly recommend Anderson Plumbing, Heating and air.

Unfortunately, had a severely clogged pipe from the kitchen. What was suppose to be a $63 job quickly turned into a $334 job. Technician didn't use the Clean Out access point available in the garage, due to it being the "main line" and no Clean Out access point available for the kitchen specifically (that I'm aware of at least), which is on the 2nd floor of my townhouse. Reasonable I think, but I'm not super knowledgeable on plumbing.

Plumber had to utilize the pipes under the sink to get the job done, so $232 charge for "limited access of drain equipment." Big ouch. Also, couldn't get the job done with the electric plumbing snake, so had to use a beefier plumbing snake equipment, netting another surcharge for the job.

Took a few hours, but the job did get done, just for a lot more than I expected. Wouldn't say terrible experience, but a bit upset about the final bill. Friendly technician and professional, but I'll try another company if I have this issue again. Hopefully they will be cheaper. Hopefully I won't have to find out.
