Anderson's plumbing and heating system company was amazing experience, made a call on Wednesday January the 4th 2023 I found gas in my laundry room. The associate assistant me on the phone was amazing kind and professional. She send out a clinician name Dylan out he arrived at my home within 45 minutes was very professional prompt and kind. He found the problem and fixed it there was a gas leak. I asked Dylan if he had more time I told him about a couple problems I was having with my hot water system. He took the time to check everything out was very thorough. He gave me three options one of them was to put in a hard water system as well as a pump to get the hot water to the furthest area of my home. I can tell he was very honest and he was absolutely right what he was saying. I have used Anderson in the past 5 years several times and they never have misled me. I decided to go with option one Dylan left for the day completed the job fix the gas leak. And return the next day at 8:30 in the morning prompt like you said he completed the job that he said he was going to do and it wasn't an amazing job. From the time of the phone call putting in the work order to Dylan leaving my home the company as a whole was truly amazing and honest. Beyond satisfied with their worth ethics. Actually like to thank Anderson's owner and management team for the wild job done. With my experience it starts with the top. It took a team to do this job thank you from the woman who took the work order to Dylan completing the job. I will always utilize Anderson's for my home. Thank you sincerely Christopher Scott

We bought our water heater
From Anderson about 5 years ago. Since that purchase the water heater has failed
Seven times . I take a shower and it goes freezing cold. So they fixed something else this time . It has been very discouraging to have to call Anderson so many times !
We ask for new water heater.
They refuse to replace . Watch out for this company.
Not happy at all with this continuing problem .

Shower had a leak. Ken came up with several options. He fixed the leak and installed new shower head and faucet. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this company. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Kristina Anthony was very polite and concerned about our problem. She stuck with the plugged drain until the water was draining. It was very stubborn, but not as stubborn as her. Your company is lucky to have her. We were definitely WOW’d.

Jace was very professional and took his time to make sure to give me the best service possible. He was honest and showed that he actually cared about helping rather than just trying to make a buck.

TANKLESS WATER HEATER MAINTENANCE (FLUSH)

Today Scott Tipton came to work on flushing the tankless water heater after Humberto repaired the water valves and installed FLOW-TECH system yesterday afternoon.

Scott called me and asked me what time he could come to do maintenance. I said what time was convenient for me. He showed up few minutes earlier and that was great! He told me how long it would take to flush the water heater. He did finish his work as I was told.
I am appreciative of him doing extra miles to really WOW! me.

Art and his new partner came over to fix a clog issue I had on my slow draining bathtub. We don’t really use this extra bathroom as often but will be having guest for the holidays and wanted to get it fixed. They temporarily opened up drain and now is functional, which I am very pleased. They recommended to do a second inspection in a week to get it properly inspected and assessed. They are already in schedule, will be updating/adding to this review.
So far I am content with their service and would recommend them. As myself being a business owner, I appreciate their work ethics and professionalism.

Techs ran a little late for the window but we're extremely professional and quickly got the drain pipe replacement done. I still plan to use them for future plumbing needs and will refer my friends to their services!

Christopher is very professional young fellow who is obviously going places in life. His communication was appropriate. He showed up with intention to solve what in most circumstances is an easy job.

His equipment was unable to unclogged my line. He explained the circumstances.
