Claimed smell in house was AC related even though I told them I was not using AC/heat. Said it was 'dirty sock smell' associated with newer AC units and he was sure what he wanted to install would fix the issue and if not I would need to replace all ductwork! Over $2000 later smell still an issue. Called and asked to speak with manager. Told I would receive call back within 48 hours. Weeks later still waiting for call. I have used this company for years. Never again.

The technician Donny Bueno was on time, extremely professional and knowledgeable. He completed the maintenance on my tankless water heater, did a quick inspection on the house and took the time to fix a shower head. I think he did an outstanding job and went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely recommend Anderson‘s services to my neighbors.

Wanted to have routine maintenance/tune up done on our heater since we haven't had one done. Took advantage of the $59 special at the time. The technician Louie (Luis) was courteous and got right down to business. Really appreciate it when technicians put on shoe coverings before entering our home as he did. Ended up adding on a service for cleaning our blower in the unit since I guess it got dirty from our infrequent changing of filters. I would not hesitate to call Anderson again when I need HVAC services in the future.

Wanted a plugged toilet done the same day.Ended up replacing the 40 yr old toilet for a modern one. The techs did everything they could before replacing the toilet. They did a great job. Expensive but it was worth it not to worry about leaks or blockages. They gave me several discounts to help bring the cost down. I will definitely recommend this service.

I called Anderson for my clogged shower drain that I couldn’t get unclogged myself and Tim showed up in an hour from when I called and he made quick work of it and was done in 30 minutes.
I would definitely recommend Anderson to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Our technician was Jacob and he showed up and I presented our problem. He investigated and got to work seeing if he could find the source of a minor tub leak. Jacob recommended that we get some fresh caulking around the tub and tile areas. I authorized the repair and the work was finished in about 40 minutes time. Overall I was very pleased with the friendly and professional service.
