I was nicely surprised by the attention to detail, conversation and professionalism to my high wall ductless a/c, heat unit. Cole was at my place on time after calling to confirm our appointment and that he was 20 minutes away.

I was not sure what kind of service I would receive from Comfort Bros since they acquired 5 Diamond Mechanical whose owner has retired. My system was new and had only a previous routine check up.

The service was so good I paid up front for their comfort club membership moving forward. I feel comforted that my unit will be serviced twice a year ( fall/winter for heat and spring/ summer for A/C) plus 15% discount off any repair needed and can earn $50 bro bucks should I need to use on repairs. The $50 will be rolled over each year until needed. My goal is earning up to $200plus before needed.

If you are like me and skeptical give them a shot. I am glad I did and very happy that Cole will be my service person and am a priority each and every time he is needed.

I live in E. County and our AC quit putting out cold air. Concerned for my 103 yr old mother I needed it fixed pronto, and my regular AC company couldn’t come for a week. So, looking through reviews, I decided to go with Comfort Brothers. It was just before closing, the staff was very polite and scheduled me for the next morning. Cody arrived per appointment time and quickly discovered what the problem was. Everything was explained in detail. A very educational and learning experience for me. Very professional and friendly. I decided to sign up for their maintenance program. I highly recommend Comfort Brothers, you won’t be disappointed. They go the extra mile for their clients, and are very reasonable.

Technician Nick did a great job. Came to my house same day, diagnosed the problem, provided the Repair all within minutes. His pricing was very fair and he was a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

From the very first phonecall, everyone here was professional and friendly. Jessica was great on the phone getting everything scheduled. Communication was excellent. Cole and Nicholas were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. On install day they were on time and when they were done I swear the area was cleaner then before. I was beyond happy with every aspect of the job.

Called for a quote and Nicholas, one of the owners, was able to be out the next day. He discussed installation options, various prices based on models, and specials for the week. We came to an agreement and his crew were out the next day. Reid and Dustin installed the new mini split system perfectly. They went over the specs of removing old equipment and how the new equipment would be installed as agreed upon with Nicholas. They were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Toward the end of installation Cody, the other owner, came by to make sure everything was correct and that I was satisfied. I am definitely. Great crew, great business. I give 5 out of 5!

We called comfort bros when our system went out in the middle of winter. They were so responsive and came the next day, which was a huge relief. They were so professional and understanding of our tight budget and gave us a ton of options on repairs.

When it came time to do the work, they were communicative and fast. But what really set them apart was their installers being so considerate. They asked multiple times about the noise and if they were disturbing my daughter during her naps. I cannot stress enough how wonderful their customer service has been! A big thank you to Artie and Ryan for all your hard work and thank you to Jessica for being so responsive!

With the weather getting warmer I finally turned on my AC and as luck would have it, it wasn't working. I came across Comfort Bros and gave them a call. The lady I spoke to, Jessica was so friendly and helpful. She understood the need my family had for AC and scheduled an appointment for same day. The guy who came out, Ryan, clearly takes pride in his work. He took his time, found the problem and fixed it same day at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend this company, service was great from the first call through the end.

Reached out to Comfort Bros to assist in our HVAC repair. I spoke with Jessica who was very responsive and was able to schedule someone to come out next day. Cody was our tech who arrived on time and was very communicative and respectful. He repaired our system timely and didn't leave a mess behind. He even wore booties in the house without me asking. Their price was fair as well. We're in the market for a replacement soon and will definitely be reaching out to Comfort Bros for this future project!
