They have been hit or miss. The sales people were very clear and friendly. The installation is taking longer than anticipated and I’ve been waiting in calls back for a number of issues including some lawn damage the workers caused.

Bellows installed a Grohe faucet and a Viking dishwasher just about three years ago. The faucet came loose and when technician came and tightened it, it developed a leak and flooded my kitchen. The dishwasher they installed also had a faulty installation of the drain hose which popped off and also flooded my kitchen.

Came in and replaced our HVAC system. They had certified plumbers and electricians on-site and on time. Very professional and the house was cleaned before they left each day.
