I used Bellows to replace a failing, old air conditioner with a new high efficiency unit. This was a Costco referral and I’m extremely pleased with the care and professionalism of everyone I have dealt with at Bellows. The new system purrs along and cools down the house in a snap. We used Bellows to install a generator through Costco. Our interaction with everyone from installation to our first annual service has been exceptional. We just signed on for additional services including annual heating and plumbing inspection and service. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Dishwasher issue was diagnosed quickly and fixed. The plumbing expert also gave us a tip on how to keep our garbage disposal working efficiently. Very helpful.

I called Bellows on behalf of my landlord who needed his furnace repaired.

Upon examination they found the furnace was damaged and needed replacing.

This was during the heavy storms and flooding. Bellows was wonderful about fitting our job in the moment the weather allowed. Several rescheduled days due to closed roads, and lots of patience and the weather finally gave us all opportunity to get the work done.

Furnace was replaced, new one installed, all inspections passed and very good work done by all.

Always pleasant and up front. Had a small issue that needed resolved. I was out of the area and they handled it as soon as I was available. Can’t remember names but the main person making contact on site was great. Extremely pleasant to deal with and overly respectful. Paid a little more but was well worth it.

Switching thermostats between our fireplace (a programmable one) and our furnace (a simple one) caused a short in the secondary power fuse in the furnace. Jeff came and quickly and solved the issue! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Also told me about the great maintenance plan Bellows offers for tankless water heater flush, furnace maintenance, electrical system review, etc. All things I *CAN* do, but I don't want to do...

Bellows installed a mini-split heat pump system for our all electric house. They were very easy to work with, responsive to our calls, prompt with scheduling, kept us informed, and bent over backwards to meet our needs. There was a noise problem after installation because of vibration in the outside wall, and they moved the system to a new location without extra charge. The system works extremely well.We purchased their yearly maintenance service as well. We highly recommend them!

I had my reverse osmosis sys. serviced. Text notification of ETA, Nathan was very informative, professional, wore shoe covers, cleaned the work area & RO related equip. parts, respectful, knowledgeable, professional,and great work ethics. I spoke to a human. Not a recording that may or may not reply. That is a big deal to me. Jonathan arrived at the appointed time with a bonus pre-call to let me know he was 10 minutes out. Our furnace was fixed in 30 minutes. The fee was modest. Our furnace has been working great! We also received honest advice. Our furnace is quite old. It was suggested we do not spend a ton of money on any future repairs. We got the hint. It will be cheaper and more efficient for us to swap out.
