I called them to check the thermostats since they were not shutting of at the set temperature they checked it but couldn’t solve the problems it is there equipment that was installed by them

You indicated that you didn’t install the heater but the problem is with the thermostat that start and stop the A/C and the heater and installed the thermostat

Bellows replaced many valves throughout the house and a leaking toilet that caused a water problem. They were very professional and I wanted all the valves that were corroded replaced as a precau as ion because my jouse is thirty years old and I had had sereral water issues in different parts of yhe jouse. Everything works great now. They were very pricey so be prepared. They sell the parts and they are two and three times the vost of a faucet from Home Depot. They claim that their parts are much higher quality. I need yo trust them on that. All in all you will get quality work. It’s very expensive but the eork is guaranteed. They did make a mistake on a faucet install and it was fixed promptly so their guarantee does mean something. You get what you pay for.

Michael was great! He was quick to spot the cause of the problem with our gas wall heater and then he thoroughly checked out the entire unit and all the connections.He was also really cool about explaining what he was checking and what they did. He has a wealth of knowledge about gas wall heaters as well as lots of other stuff I am sure. Employees like Michael are the reason we call Bellows for our electrical and heating issues. Saved $1370.00 doing it myself. Requested a quote to install a reverse osmosis system at my kitchen sink. Setup an appointment on 9/25/2022. On the day of the appointment I received a text message from a rep. I thought someone was coming to my home for the appointment so I was surprised I only received a text. Not even a phone call. He quoted me $1700.00 for the system and install. He asked if I would like a formal estimate and I replied yes. I never heard back. While I was waiting I did more research on reverse osmosis systems. I ended up buying a system from Costco for $300.00. I also bought a $30.00 drill bit kit to drill a hole in my quartz counter top for the faucet. I have NEVER done anything like this before. I was extremely nervous but it was a breeze. Tons of videos on YouTube to help you out. This saved me $1370.00. I was fully prepared to pay the $1700.00 if the rep followed through with the estimate but thankfully he didn’t. It’s 1/7/2023 and I still haven’t heard from him.

Bellows customer service and work from start to finish were professional, smooth, and sound. Two water heaters broke simultaneously at a duplex. Bellows replaced both water heaters within two days of providing me with the estimate. I highly recommend Bellows and would use them again.

A new Lennox thermostat was installed by Bellows. There service was exceptional!! The problem is with Lennox! After the Bellows visit all is working fine!
