I went through Costco and was referred to this company for their water softening system. The initial appointment was late Oct. 2021 and I signed the contract and paid for the system few days later ($4800). I was given a date for installation and had to take a day off from work. Needless to say, no one showed up for the appointment. I called the office and was advised that the consultant Marco should have called me and cancelled the appointment. The reason for the cancellation I was told was due to the incorrect system for the city I reside in. I had to reschedule for a 2nd appointment for a Tuesday. I then received a text message the day prior stating that "due to an emergency, my appointment was cancelled." I had to recall the office and ask for an appointment which was over 2 weeks out. Needless to say, I went through a different company and had the entire process completed within 10 days. Not what I expected from a Costco referred company.

I was pleased with Bellows Plumbing. The service person I worked with was Peter and he was great. Everything was well done and communication with the company was good too.

I am very happy with Bellows’ work. Clogged drains in bathroom and kitchen were caused by corroded, 62 year old iron drain pipes rotting from the inside out. Diagnostic tech was knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly, even had me go under the house with him so he could show me the problem. Bid was fair for the work that needed to be done. Repair techs showed up on time, performed the repairs in half the estimated time, and called the office to reduce the bid by $2500 which they did. Techs tested repairs and cleaned up everything including some old pipes left under the house by less professional plumbers. Would definitely recommend Bellows Plumbing and will be using them for all my future plumbing needs.

Local business and next-level professionalism. Friendly, respectful staff. Always kept me informed on next steps. Bonus points for texting me the name and photo of the person coming to my house. So thoughtful of customer safety! I’ve already scheduled additional work.

They communicated well and, although had to cancel once day-of (at least they didn't just no-show), showed up on time for the rescheduled appointment. While here they were kind and respectful of my house.

However, when the technicians came, they spent 15-20 minutes looking at the problem (water meter spinning, but no visible leak or water running so must be a leak somewhere hidden) and decided they couldn't do anything for me, yet still charged me for an hour. In the end there was no service performed and I gained no new information, but I was still out $150. It's fine they couldn't find the leak, but then don't charge me for the pleasure of your company, or at least give me a steep discount! They didn't ask if there was anything else they could help me with to round out the hour (I certainly could've come up with some things). Just quickly left (while one was chatting on their phone).

While not really dishonest, that is certainly not customer service worthy of a recommendation or repeat business. In the end I'll need a plumber to fix this problem once the leak is found, but I certainly won't be going back to Bellows. So for the $150 they charged me for that 15 minutes they lost a customer that, if nothing else, will need a plumber for a major several-thousand dollar job very soon.

We experienced a "loose" toliet when one of the floor bolts broke, and as a business we needed to get it fixed reasonably and quickly. Bellows was by far the most professional I called, and instead of leaving a message I actually spoke to a very pleasant woman who made the appointment right then and there. The following day a technician was here (After I received a nice text telling me who was coming, when, and also included a picture of the tech....VERY slick tech!) the gentleman examined the problem, and gave me the estimated total; then fixed the problem quickly and cleanly! I was very impressed, and know who I'll recommend the next time a customer asks me for a good plumbing outfit!

I was visiting at a family home on cherry avenue in Capitola august 17th when the toilet needed to be replaced. A huge shout out to Justin and Joseph for outstanding service and over the top courtesy and professionalism. A superb job well done!!!

Nathan showed up on time, quickly troubleshot the issue, and when it meant a new water heater, he was back first thing in the morning. The install was quick and professional.

I'm very satisfied with Bellows and happy to have warmth again. They are extremely professional, organized and did a great job installing my new furnace. They are able to do everything needed for the gas, electric, and duct work. They had a large team and the job was done in a few hours! It was also good value with the Costco discount and financing. I have complete confidence that if anything goes wrong, they'll get it fixed. This was a great purchase!

Bellows is always professional and prompt. I appreciate the communication between the dispatcher and the customer as well as how knowledgeable the plumbers are. We've had them to our house several times for various plumbing issues and they always deliver. Yes, I would recommend them.
