Mike came by to give a quote to add an outdoor cleanout, which was required because another plumber, who came by the house earlier in the week, said was missing. In about :15, Mike found an existing cleanout in the yard,so no additional work was required. I appreciated his focus to find the connection and the honesty for not just doing the work, saving us some $$.

I got same-day service and the technician that came was very helpful and my kitchen drain was working again. But I paid twice what I thought would have been reasonable. $441 was my bill — $150 for someone to come at all, and the rest of the charge was to use the small mechanical snake. Those second charges were only presented to me when my plumber was at my house and diagnosed the problem. I could tell he felt badly about having to charge me that much, too.

My new home had a large horizontal sewer line that needed extensive repair. The Bellows bid was by the prior owner and 2 months old and I did not get a better one. When I called Bellows the technician remembered my house and was happy to be doing the job. I received multiple reminders of when they would be on the property and they always showed up on time and were all great to work with. They numbered my pavers as they took them out for the trench stacked them in their proper position so I could put them back in easily. Jennifer Galvan was my lead and she was great. Friendly, helpful, easy to work with. We looked at a few other repairs required and she fixed one on the spot and bid the others. Getting back to me several time with questions. The work was done quickly and a potentially difficult repair is now off my list. I am very happy

Everyone that came to our home from the salesman to the installers were very knowledgeable,professional and respectful of our home during this process. The installers Matt,David and Jesse did an excellent job! They kept us informed of each step of the process and all work areas were spotlessly cleaned when work was completed. Excellent job!

I was surprised at the same day service that I received. I know that may not always be possible, but they professionally let you know when they will arrive for service. They call before arriving and send a picture of the service representative. Very professional with your safety in mind. I have never found a representative that was not highly skill in their trade. When you have a stopped drain, you do not need to panic, as we all do, just call Bellows and your worries are over.

I have used them to in install a hot water heater years ago. They not only did the job but they did upgrades that were needed. They also added upgrades that were required in Santa Clara County but not here. It was not that expensive and shows that they are forward thinking. Not only that, but they sent a service person to represent my job at the meeting with the inspector for final sign off. Outstanding.

They did a big sewer replacement job for a friend of mine. My friend was very satisfied. It seems that they can do it all. They even do electrical, heating and cooling services. If the needed arises, and your house is in needed of repairs. Don't stress just call Bellows and they will do the rest.

I do not like writing reviews and I refused to do it. Bellows is of such superior quality that I just cannot say no.

Finally, I would not trust anyone else with my home.

Completely happy with our service!
We just purchased a new home and had trouble with our ac system. Our repair person Steve quickly uncovered a wiring problem, fan speed and replaced a fuse. He took the time to show us our nest thermostat recently purchased and got our ac system running in no time. We plan to stay with Bellows for maintenance going forward because of our great service today with Steve. I would recommend Bellows to a friend.
