Jeremy was excellent. Knowledgeable and took the time to explain my system to me (I am the new house owner). I would give 5 stars but his office had scheduled him a two hour drive away so he arrived a bit late, but that was not his fault ! They might want to work on their scheduling a bit :-)

Dishonest from the get-go! They tried to push me into singing a yearly service contract, then tried to force me to sign an estimate that was different (more) than was agreed to when I made the appointment. They promised to come back to complete the job, and did not show up. These are the rudest and most dishonest people I have dealt with in years. You do not want them on yiur property, much less touching any of your plumbing or heating systems.

Bellows staff was so responsive! I was told by another company that it would be a month before they could replace my heater. Bellows was there the very next morning and I had heat by 10 am! Could not be happier!!

Overall very good service. They have completed a number of plumbing and heating services to our house over the years. We did have some initial miscommunication with a couple of their service people around a recent pipe update. And I will admit to some frustration on our part (probably theirs too). But the good news is that Bellows followed through and got the job done (and didn't charge extra for the time spent). Hector, the guy who finally got our pipe fixed correctly, did a great job both in patiently listening to our complaints and in quickly remedying the situation.

Michael Podielski did an excellent job of diagnosing our heating system problems and did what he could to get it in working order. He ordered a needed part which he will return to install once it arrives. We are very grateful for his work as well as the very professional service Michael provided. Thank you, Michael!

Excellent. Very knowledgeable. Professional. Had an issue with replacing UV air scrubber bulb that they are committed. The bulb was replaced but very difficult to get at. They are returning with a proposal.

Peter was very Professional and Knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and gave a very reasonable upfront cost. The work was done quickly and correctly. I was kept aware of his progress from arrival to departure. He did a great job and I highly recommend him and the entire team at Bellows Plumbing!

I used to be a fan of Bellows, but not any more. I had to have my sewer lateral replaced. It took them 4 days to dig it out and replace the pipe, which is great. Then nothing happened for a week, until they schedule both the asphalt and sidewalk concrete on the same day. The concrete sub-contractor said they could not access the sidewalk due to the asphalt work, and left. They are supposed to show up next week. Because the concrete removal was directly in front of my driveway, it means I'll be at least 3 weeks without access to my driveway, as it takes 5 days to set the concrete for a vehicle.

I've spent a lot of money with Bellows over the years (furnace retrofit in a victorian, tankless water heater, gas pipe work, gas meter move, water pipe work, and this sewer lateral). You'd think they would have at least tried to get this done right. I had to call 4 times just to get them to give me a fixed date for the concrete, which then didn't even work out.

From the initial contact by phone to the first visit and follow-ups I was informed of the process that this company uses to install and repair heating systems. Their process made sense to me and was very transparent. I had to wait a couple months but they're busy for a reason. People did what they said they were going to do and cleaned up and so far everything seems to be humming along quite as well.

They really had to upgrade a 30-year-old system and they did a great job and were easy to work with. A lot of custom work had to be done since they left my heater which had been upgraded about 8 years ago.
