Steve was terrific! He called and told me he would be here in 45 minutes, and he was. He looked over our furnace. Ran some tests. Explained the problem we called about was common (and they don't put the problem device on newer models) so we simply turned it off. The furnace works fine without it. He took pictures of the manufacturers lable so Bellows would have it in their files. Charged only the minimum fee for a service call. If we have any future needs or problems Bellows will be our first call.

We have used Bellows twice for ac repair. Both times the repair techs have been professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and fixed the problem quickly with no up selling or high pressure sales to upgrade our equipment. The last time our ac failed on the hottest day of the year on a holiday weekend. Bellows returned my call quickly and scheduled an appt for later that day. The tech texted and was able to come up early which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

We’ve used Bellows a few times. They were one of the only companies who would come out and do a small job for us which resulted in them installing a mini split system in our house. They did an excellent job and are always super responsive. Then we needed our kitchen sink plumbing repaired and Josh came to help us out, super nice guy, very professional and clearly knows what he’s doing. We’ll use bellows for everything going forward!

They spent hours looking for more problems to fix then the one I called them for. A second opinion proved almost none of the add-ons were necessary. I would not let these people near my property again. I saved over $15,000 by getting someone else. Okay. Let me be clear. The technician was very pushy, went way beyond, not at my request, what I requested. Whitlow did not refer they recommended Bellows and I asked for estimate. The technician obviously was looking for more "problems" they could solve, including an inspection if my crawl space which I did not request which they determined had a water line leak and a toilet line leak. The proposal was to rip open the wall of my dining room to find the source of the leak. My second opinion company found no sewage leak at all. So if you want someone to inspect your house until they find a problem in areas you did not request this is your company. I didn't find them trustworthy at all and personally would not recommend using them.

Bellows was responsive from first call, always on time, gave a text to let me know when technicians were on the way. I had originally contacted them for an install, but when their electrician was here for the estimate, I asked about other items that I had because I thought they were only HVAC. Turns out they can do all sorts of electrical as well as boilers- not just standard work. Everyone there is pleasant and knowledgeable and I am thrilled with their work!

We arranged time to install a new thermostat that I had purchased, but they didn't ask what kind of heater I have or what thermostat I got. Turns out there was incompatibility and they didn't install the new one, but still charged me $149 for nothing. Will not be using their services again.

Edit: Bellows, you are the professionals, not me. You should have asked what is my heater and what thermostat I got.

We are waiting for the installation, so the review seems a bit premature. Thus far, both the sales person, Perry, and the project manager, Russel, were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Perry was able to clearly explain the benefits and function of the units, options for installation, etc. Once we decided on the unit and signed the contract, Russel came over to discuss where the unit would be installed, both inside and out, and the expectations for installation.

It was $149 for a service technician to look at our furnace. He also listened to the furnace but never opened the access panel to look at it. It was a wasted visit. I learned nothing.
