Jeremy installed a fairly complicated heating system for our radiant floor heat. He is technically knowledgeable, completed the installation and has returned for periodic servicing of the system.
He is always on time, communicates his plans and explaines everything to us. He is also a really friendly individual.
I am pleased to recommend Bellows and this technician.

We had our water filtration system updated and Nathan did a fantastic job updating me with everything I needed to know about my system. It was a great experience experience and he did a fantastic job. Thank you.

I would highly recommend Bellows for your plumbing needs. It was easy to get an appointment. They gave me notice of when they would arrive. Niko was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He took care of my plumbing problems and gave me some great advice.

Can’t say enough good things about the service. The front desk was super helpful and friendly. The plumber came out within an hour. He was very professional. As I was out of the country he called me to let me know the diagnosis and fixed the problem immediately. I would highly recommend them.

I'll try to keep it short. Overall, they behaved professionally, but the sales rep made promises the guy doing the work couldn't keep.

I set up an estimate, the sales rep came to the house, talked over everything and emailed me the paperwork. I gave the go ahead and waited a week for the technician to come out and prep for the job. In the meantime, my heater doesn't work and the temperature is dropping, but it's all good. Repairs are scheduled. I can be patient.

So, the week passes, the technician comes out and says, no. We don't do this kind of work. We can't get a permit for a mobile home. So he leaves. That's it.

I stopped looking for a repair guy and froze for a week only to have the job cancelled on me.

What happened? Did the sales rep not know what services bellows offers? Is he trying to meet some kind of quota for paperwork that doesn't consider the costumer? Why was I allowed to agree to the estimate if they couldn't move forward? Was it unclear that the home was a mobile home while the sales rep on on site looking at the house? I genuinely don't understand.

So, now I've wasted my time and have to start the process over with someone else. In the meantime, my house is freezing and December has just begun.

Edit - In response to the reply: The "alternate service" did not address my concerns, so why would I pay you for a service that I don't want? And your technician was unclear with his concerns. He expressed some concern about the permit, but dismissed it in nearly the same breath. How am I, as a client, supposed to know the difference between "some concerns" and "these concerns make your job literally impossible for this company"? I would argue that distinction is not my responsibility to make. That's why I attempted to hire a professional.

My heating issues have been resolved through a different company.

Within two weeks of having my crawl space HVAC ducts flooded, Bellows installed a new heat pump system for my upgrade away from a gas furnace. Everyone was super professional and friendly. The install crew were very conscientious working inside my house by wearing booties over their shoes and consulting with me about placement for units, etc. They listened attentively to any of my concerns or questions and I was delighted with the product I chose and especially the service. I would highly recommend them!

Needed to replace over 20 years old heat pumps and reached out to Bellows through Costco. A date was set for a Bellows comfort advisor to visit my home.

The comfort advisor was on time and we spoke about what I was looking for while showing him the old heat pumps, electrical, air handlers, and ducting in the attic that was damaged and needed to be replaced.

An estimate was provided by the next day with heat pumps that were in the SEER and HSPF ratings that I was looking. He even informed me about the benefits of having a 2 stage compressor. He answered all my questions thoroughly. The cost estimate was broken down so one could understand what you were paying for. Plus he informed me of how the process through Costco worked and tipped me about the upcoming increase in the cash rebate offered by Costco.

After we came to agreement a date was promptly set for the project manager to visit and get detailed information about the work areas. He thoroughly looked over areas and pointed out some possible issues that are fixable if needed. All questions and concerns were thoroughly answered.

A date was set for the HVAC installers to arrive and install everything while hauling out all the old equipment. It was estimated to take 3 days and it took 3 days. The installers were respectful of the home and took the utmost care with their installation. The only issue was that for one of the units an adapter was needed but not supplied to the installer. But Bellows was able to correct the situation and still finish the installation in time. The HVAC installers were friendly and took time to answer any questions or concerns while they were installing the equipment.

The new heat pumps have been working wonderfully. They are quieter than the old ones, higher efficiencies for heating and cooling, along with being more energy efficient. The new ducting in the attic greatly improved the air flow throughout all the rooms.

The knowledge and experience shown by Bellows’ employees allowed them to complete the job in a timely fashion with quality work. The cost was near the average for my area. So I did not feel Bellows increased prices for their service due to the Costco rebate. Their employees enjoyed working for Bellows and it showed in their work and demeanor.

We had Jacob, Noah and Jorge come out for two days to dig up a broken sewer line and replace it. They were extremely professional, went above and beyond to communicate the progress of the job and showed pictures of the before and after. I highly recommend Bellows as a company and their team led by Jacob was amazing!

We contacted Bellows to deal with our badly-corroded water main (customer side of the water meter). The Water Dept had alerted us to the problem. We received 3 bids. Bellows was the only bidder to determine that only a few feet of the water main needed to be replaced, since most of it had been replaced previously. As a result, their bid was substantially less than those of the competitors. All of their staff were professional, responsive, and punctual. Communications were pro-active and clear. Top notch in every respect, Bellows is now our family's Go To firm for plumbing, heating, etc. (Another family member also had a great experience with an unrelated heating issue since our work.)

We had a service appt with Bellows for a very specific request. We’ve recently done construction and were concerned our ductwork needed repaired or replaced. The serviceman came out and did not look at our ducts. He felt the air coming out of the vents with his hands, looked at the heater itself, said we probably had a water issue and should file an insurance claim. He charged his fee and left and was here less than 10 minutes. He literally didn’t lay an eye on the ductwork much less provide an estimate for repair or replacement. We have no interest in filing an insurance claim or receiving a lecture about it.

Bellows installed our mini split unit a few years ago and we were happy with their service and work. However after this recent experience we will never call them back. It honestly felt like being swindled for money.
