Ordered a replacement heating furnace from this Costco contractor. The installation went well tho it took two days instead of one because they were understaffed. The work quality was good and clean. The 2 stage Lennox furnace installed was super quiet compare to my old noisy furnace. Very happy with that. However, the sales process wasn't so good. The salesman made mistake with the quote, I had to sign twice. Installation schedule was delayed a week. Pre-install site inspection was late also.

They came to fix the issues I was having after I had another company come clean my tankless water heater. They were so responsive and really explained how this other company almost broke our plumbing system. They also were great at suggesting things we should be doing differently based on where we live. If you live in the mountains--this company is really knowledgeable about the issues you might run into! Highly recommend them!

After a site visit, Brent, the salesman, gave me an estimate for an electrical panel upgrade of about $5,000. I signed a contract and paid a deposit to have this company do the work. The electrician, Derik, came out to see the site snd said they could not do the work for the price in the estimate. The next day I got an email from Brent saying the cost of the project had to increase by an additional $11,000. When I called Brent, he said he had made a mistake. I asked if this was a bait and switch scheme. He got angry and said maybe I should find another company. I agreed. They did refund my deposit

Bellows was referred from a friend. I called 7 other services prior with no response or we don't service your area. When I called Bellows, they were able to come out the next day, on time, texted arrival time and a picture of the technician. Very professional. Highly recommend. Will be the only service I call in the future if needed again..

Bellows service person Kevin has expert experience helped us to reset the Lennox Thermo controller. He taught to properly reset the thermostat and the correct setting to be entered on the Lennox controller. Our home had had a couple of major power outages that explained the iComfort app failed to work. Kevin was helpful to reset and restore the Lennox systems. We are very thankful and appreciate Bellows support in the cold winter weather. Our home temperature was about 56 deg F.

Jeremy came out to detect a leak and he was amazing!!! So thorough, professional and expert knowledge!! I have also used Bellos in the past to install air-conditioning in my home and they were excellent then too!!! Hight recommend them!

Inspection for new ducts system in my house. Inspector arrived on time and very friendly.

Mike from service came out to check split Air / Heat vac system that seemed not too heat / cool in the kitchen / dining and living room properly. He was detailed and thorough check temp input vs output from each unit ! The system is operating in the proper range and provided us tips to improve system performance ! Besides washing the fins of thr outdoor unit he recommended running both downstairs units with the room doors open ! He thought that might meet our needs since the living/kitchen room unit was sized at limits for thr living area but adding thr bedroom unit on would help heat / cool both rooms!

The technician came and worked on the problems of the heating unit and he found them. He lied down on the floor and kept working on the unit to improve the function of the unit until getting to the satisfactory results.
