Excellent customer service !
We had a burning stove that was smoking and sparking as crazy. Called Skyrocket in panic and was assured we can get the issue taken care of as soon as possible. Russ sent Sam within the hour who was very knowledgeable and professional and who got the job done fast. Sam replaced the couple of wires that were overloaded and recommended to replace control board too, cause oven more than 15 years already and was the reason of burnt wires. It was cost me $165 only. I will definitely be calling them for all of my repair needs!

It was a brilliant idea to contact Skyrocket when our furnace stopped heating the house. At night it was 41 F and we did not expect such a temperature difference. It got really cold. We turned on the furnace to the maximum, but the warm air was barely moving. On Saturday, I called Skyrocket. The tech appointed a visit on Monday, because on Sunday they no longer work. The master had to come in the 2-hour interval, and he managed. With him he had a lot of equipment for testing. He quickly determined what the problem was and proceeded to repair. After the diagnosis, it became approximately clear how much the repair would cost. And they took so much money from me, as they said by the results of diagnostics. Our house is now warm, this is important. I am satisfied with the repair and recommend the guys from Skyrocket!

I just gave my rental property address and tenants information and David called me with all the details, answered all my questions and gave me a fair price. My heat pump broke down. I followed good practice and contacted several companies: two larger hvac repair firms with a lot of advertising in bay area, and some small ones, including Skyrocket. Dave from Skyrocket was able to quickly come to my house and discussed the options with my family in a clear and logical way. He provided several estimates for me, without any of the high mark-ups that I have seen before. Dave is very competent. He is well-versed in the spare parts market and is aware of the advantages and disadvantages of various models of heat pumps.

Skyrocket Repair highly values its reputation. Everything they do, they try to do perfectly well! This is felt in everything: how they talk to you on the phone, how they try to find a convenient repair time, warn about the cost of repairs and possible additional costs (cost of spare parts, waiting time for spare parts). They have neat and polite masters. Repairmen do not smoke and do not arrange breaks in work on "smoke". They clean up after themselves all the garbage, which happens during repair. I know about everything not by hearsay! I had to use the services of Skyrocket three times! Yes, yes, three times I was let down by appliances in my small restaurant. We have not only professional ovens, as everyone thinks. We have even a couple of our own washers and dryers so that the tablecloths on your tables were always clean! All this must be monitored and all this has to be repaired. And here Skyrocket helped me a lot! After the second call, we have already concluded a service contract with them, now they come to me as a matter of priority. And every time I am very pleased with their work!

Six months ago, Skyrocket installed us HVAC. They worked well and smoothly, quickly installed everything, cleaned up all the garbage, set up the system. We were very pleased with their work. But recently we noticed that our air conditioner works intermittently. We were afraid that our new air conditioner broke down in just half a year of work and called Skyrocket. George arrived and began to check the unit. It turned out that the matter was not in the air conditioner, but in our wiring. George warned us about other risks associated with faulty wiring. In the part relating to the air conditioner, he fixed everything, but he said about the rest of the wiring that he had no right to do it and said to call the electricians. As a result, we paid for diagnostics more than for repairs, and it took more time to diagnose. AC started working as it should. We are so grateful to Skyrocket and George!

We used to call to Russ and the Company several times and they did great job every time. We've experienced neat, accurate and honest job from start to finish.
Fist, our LG refrigerator's compressor worn out and we replaced it. Russ came out and diagnosed it pretty quick. Next, he got all the following jobs by his own: claimed the issue with manufacturer, received the new part and followed up every further step. Refrigerator now works great.
When summer came, our 30 years old air conditioner stopped pushing the refrigerant. So we decided to install the new system. And again, we called Skyrocket and they sent us the estimate and did a great job again. Also they gave us a good discount. Very happy with them and highly recommend them for anyone who wants job done professionally and insured.
