I have been working with Cold Craft for many years now and I trust them to take care of my clients who have very high expectations. The staff is responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and effective. The level of honesty is priceless, if something is not necessary they tell you that you don't need to spend the money. Just had a part on my ac replaced. Eli was phenomenal and after inspecting the ac knew exactly what was wrong with it. He fixed it perfectly and in little time. He was very knowledgeable and was even teaching me things along the way. Great service start to finish

Our first time calling on Cold Craft to service our rental property failing furnace that needed to be assessed and/or replaced. Cold Craft was very responsive and quickly sent a tech to the property to review the problem.
Being very courteous to the tenant and minimizing impact on her, he was able to verify and recommend we replace the entire unit, explaining the age, efficiency, and danger aspects of the furnace, we agreed to replace it. Cold Craft quickly provided estimates of a couple of options for us to choose from. Pricing was fair, and the install and follow thru was exceptional, professional, and efficient.
We are extremely pleased customers of Cold Craft and will now always reach out to them first for all our HVAC needs for our home and our rental properties.

Kent and his team are amazing! Everyone on staff is super knowledgeable and responsive to customer needs. They take time to go over the details and explain pros and cons of the various installation options. As a general contractor, what's most important to me is to have a great sub is who shows up when promised and does excellent quality work. I highly recommend ColdCraft for all HVAC work.
