Environmental Heating and Air Solutions

The reason for this review is specifically for one of there technicians Jonathan Monzo. He has been servicing my furnace which has recently been giving error codes as of recently and he has patiently gone over any of the problem scenarios to figure out what the issue might be since it is a brand new system. He casually and effectively communicates with you as to what he will be doing and fixed the problem. His confidence shows and you cant beat experience.
On top of that I had air flow issues with one of the bedrooms in my house and another technician in the past had told me I would most likely need a new duct run to fix the problem. Jonathan wanted to take a look because it was his company that installed my system and saw that the damper had been closed and just needed to be adjusted. Thank You Jonathan!

The he and his workers were excellent. They arrived at the time I requested which was quite helpful for me to getting to work. He gave me a heads-up on finishing. Outside installation area was as I instructed and neat. Inside was well done and neat. Instruction on operation, setup and inspection was excellent. However, some of the ceiling debris from removing and replacing the air duct registers was not removed. But, that was minor. I would rate at 95/100.

They also put seal on all air vents to conserve energy. They gave us information about who to call for inspection. When i had the same thing done on my last house 15 years ago, there was no such thing as inspection. I like the fact that they are proactive and I didn't have to call them twice to get a call back. They always explained the next step and what to expect. This company is wonderful. I'm so glad Costco knows how to select company to help their members. Costco, please keep this company. They are very professional, they have moral and service oriented. Way to go guys.

Jon was very personable and professional. He explained everything he was doing and left the job site neat & tidy.

The team did a very thorough job, spent the time to explain the install and offer solution to the filter installation. Kevin Velasquez and Raul Guillen patiently explained any install challenges and how they will address it. Our upstairs system drip pan was full of liquid, and the team was able to get that out from attic without a mess, and thoroughly cleaned up the area before and after install. Everything looks great. They even explained the breaker issue they had to come back and followup on. Overall very professional work and got the job done i the two days as planned.

Adding to my comments, the company had a dedicated relationship agent Emily followup with the initial install, subsequent appointment for third party inspection, and completion of breaker install. In addition, the upstairs original duct work was imbalanced with too much airflow going to master bedroom and not enough to other bedrooms. LC the followup technician patiently explained how the duct behavior is impacting the flow and suggested installing dampeners to help redirect flow more evenly. Emily followed up and immediately schedule appointment to have flow issue corrected as complimentary service. LC came back out two days later and installed several flow dampeners after working through design with me, adjusted flow, labeled the dampeners and showed me how to adjust them on my own. Great solution and followup from the entire team.

Jonathan was excellent. He came out at the end of a long day and spent the time he needed to make sure not only that our problem was solved but that our system was in better shape than before. He fully explained what he was doing, I learned a lot and he was a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

Jorge came out and performed our AC maintenance. Made some great recommendations that we plan on doing in the near future. He was great at explaining every detail. He listened as it was multiple people asking various questions. Although it may be a little more pricy the customer service experience from calling in to the technician coming out was worth it. We look forward to working with Environmental for all of our needs.

It was our first time using Environmental heating and air conditioning. They were one of the few companies that answered the phone when our AC unit went out during the heat wave. They were very responsive and quick to book us an appointment. Jorge Lopez arrived on time on the day of our appt and was very professional. He was able to diagnose the issue easily and was very knowledgeable. He fixed our unit and our ac is now working great again. We are very happy with the service and will be using this company in the future!
