Just had a HVAC system installed by Environmental Heating & Air Solutions last week. The technician we friendly. Did a great job, we're persistent because my system was pretty tricky to install, but the did it. Technician Zaiver came back when I voiced some dissatisfaction with a few details. Zaiver, was nice, polite and patient. I appreciated his great work ethics. Finally
i do not know what I would have done without Emily she is a super star, she has made me feel comfortable through this entire process. Thank you Emily. I believe that this company is attempting to scam me. I called this company to run a diagnostic on my furnace because it had stopped heating and was blowing cold air. I was told that there was a “separation on all for tubular ports of the heat exchanger with large over heating marks. From here I started to look at all of the duct work and located that due to the poor condition of the duct work, it had caused the air not to move across the heat exchanger properly.” He also said that he was red tagging the furnace because it’s leaking carbon monoxide. He quoted me about $9,000-$15,000 to replace the furnace, ac unit and ductwork. About 15 minutes later someone else called with a quote of $17,000-$25,000. I had another company come out and they took the furnace apart and didn’t find that issue. They told me to call PG&E and they told me that it would have been impossible for him to take that photo without taking the whole furnace apart and pointed out that the time stamp on the photo of the monitor was from August of 2022. He was at my house in late December of 2022. Both the company that came out for the second opinion and PG&E believe that I was being scammed. They both confirmed that there was no carbon monoxide leak and that the ductwork does not need to be replaced.

Recently I had new Air Conditioner and Furnace installed and crew did a great job on the installation. I felt as though the Furnace was under performing and had a technician from Environmental Heating come out and take a look. Zachary did a detailed inspection on the system and found a minor issue and fixed it. In addition offered some helpful advice on how to better use the new system.

After a fire in my home, I decided to get the heat pump system with EHAS. Unfortunately though installed over a month ago, it was only partially working. Finally on the third follow up visit, Gabriel and the team John , Kade, and Abel were awesome, they stayed until everything was sorted out. Friendly, courteous, and efficient, I so appreciate this A-team, late on a Friday afternoon to boot!

Pretty amazing service from Jonathan Monzo. He's like an encyclopedia and happy to read every page to you to make sure you know what's going on.

During the last visit, we set up my system so that he could maintain it remotely. Sure enough, he got an email late one night that said my system needed attention. He took care of it and let me know it was fixed (I hadn't even known there was a problem).

So decided it was time to replace my 20 year old home HVAC and go all electric. Costco uses EHAS as their contractor. Overall a painless experience. Service team was on time both days (very nice). They did a nice job prepping and laying out drop clothes/plastic sheets along the work path. Cleaned up 99% of trash and debris. I would recommend EHAS strongly.

Very professional. Team of 3 visited my place installing HVAC. They even repaired the previous contractor mistakes. 10/10 professional work! While they worked with city offices to process the permit, the team patiently scheduled for my family, so that the process was very smooth! Highly recommended! And I will choose to work with them for my next project
