Tim visited us today for an annual AC system inspection. He was professional, friendly and thorough. Since our system is 12 years old he did come back with some suggestions and provided his very honest opinion of which suggestion we should most consider based on our future plans.

Kevin and team were on time, professional, and responsive to my questions. They laid down construction walkway blankets and drop cloth over our clothes to protect our personal belongings. Kevin communicated any issues and was patient with some direction needed from us. Overall, great team installers. Thanks Kevin and team!

James Pierce was very helpful in educating me on today’s Lennox furnace and AC technology. Kevin, Jacob, and Marcus installed my system. All four gentlemen were professional, courteous, and personable. Very important when it’s your home and you’re investing a lot of money.

They were on time and thorough. Had to make modifications from an old system to a new one. They kept at it until the job was complete. Answered any questions I had. Showed me how to use my new thermostat which I love

Rory our technician was amazing and provided top notch customer service. He identified the problem and gave us the solution then gave us a quote. A week later when the parts came in he installed them and our system is running better than ever.
