My house fan runs 24/7, and was wearing out while crusted with the crud of years. Jorge was punctual, polite, professional and effective. He replaced the cruddy air filter. He removed he fan, cleaned it, and it is humming along now. The bearings run rough, and the motor will fail beyond repair eventually, so I ordered a replacement at Jorge's suggestion. I also have here today a general contractor repairing storm damage, and he offered to do such HVAC work himself. I remain more confident in Jorge & Environmental Heating & Air.

I don't even know where to start.
We've had a Lennox heat pump and new gas furnace installed. It all works perfectly. But now I'm trying to connect the smart thermostat to the iComfort App and all I'm getting are dead ends.
The device is supposed to be registered. I asked the customer service person how to register the thermostat. I'm not sure she understood my issue so she made an appointment to send Rory the technician. He called me and realized that's I needed to contact Lennox. There's an 800 phone number that appeared on the thermostat scree once that told me that it needed to be registered but I can't get that number to appear again. There's a website so I plugged in the serial numbers and the website tells me it's already been registered. This whole problem is making me sound like a crazy person.
More importantly I'm unable to program our $28,000 heating and cooling system for best efficiency.
Where we stand now is with a modern smart thermostat that we I use like an old Honeywell.
Addendum: Environmental Heating and Air sent their technician to help us connect. He arrived an hour and a half past the 3:30-5:00 agreed upon window. He was very nice and solved our connection issue which was fairly simple. Our heating system has arrived in the 21st century. This issue could have been avoided with instructions on exactly how to connect our phones with the smart thermostat.

The fellow who came out today to figure out why my room was still heating at 72 when it was set at 60, he was very nice and pleasant. I didn’t like the answers that he got from Lennox “that’s normal operations” but that was not his fault.
